Summary: So mad, will never get another Pantech phone again! Got this phone as a free upgrade and it doesn't hold a charge, got a new battery after only 3 months of owning it! That didn't help at all. I can't even use wifi or apps, games etc! AT&T sent me a new one and exact same issues! I don't have another phone to use and I have a useless new phone, very upset!
Pros: Seemed like a good phone
Cons: Highest battery drain I've ever seen from a phone.
Summary: By far, the Pantech Flex is the best phone I have owned. I wish Pantech had more phones to offer because I love the way they have their settings page laid out. The price is manageable, it is thin and not too heavy, great layout on the settings screen. If Samsung would go to this layout I would change to a note or a Mega but I can't drag myself away from the Pantech's setting screen layout.
good phone i just purchased from the wrong seller.

Summary: I purchased this phone because I needed a smart phone so I would have email texting and calling capabilities. really like how thin the phone is and how easy it is to use. there is a lot I dislike about this phone. it could be because it was purchased used but I have issues with the battery life (only lasts about 3 hours on standby) with the battery saver on. the touch screen sometimes does not work or you have to press harder then usual.
if you are buying it to use the wifi-hotspot dont waste your $$$$

Summary: bought this phone based on the features and cost. if all the features worked then the value for money would have been given 5 stars, having said that, the phone was carrier unlocked a MUST in my case the second main feature was "wifi hotspot" does not work, keeps saying i need to contact ATT. this phone is useless for the reason i bought it.
Summary: This phone is a solid 4/5, great features, good value. Even better because it's not a popular brand. Takes a micro sim so you will need to cut your sim if you don't have a mini. Just an all around good phone.
