Summary: I needed a phone that wasn't expensive. I've never owned a slide phone before so this was different than my other touchscreen phone. It is sort of annoying to have to slide out the keyboard to type something. The only problem I've had with this is when I slide close the phone or drop it on my sofa it turns off... not sure if that is suppose to happen or not... not really a huge deal just an annoyance.
Pantech Ease P2020 is a great talk and text phone with many extra features.

Summary: I bought this phone as a talk/text phone since I did not want a phone that required a data plan. I've used the phone for a few weeks and so far really like it. The battery life is much better that my Impact. I get good call quality and with the slide out full qwerty keyboard it is great for texting. I think my signal strength is better than I had before too. The slider may be a little flimsy but with adult use should be fine.
Summary: Im 60 yrs old and was looking for a upgrade that was easy to learn. I really like the phone except a for a couple of things, my scrolling arrows ( to read a long text) dont work most of the time. The battery life could be better. Other than that I would buy this phone again.
Summary: its really easy to use but the touch screen is fidgety sometimes but good. i wish that i didnt have to buy it because overall it isnt a good phone but if you need a non-smartphone this is a good phone to have for a little bit.
Summary: I love this phone! The size, the ease of opening the case, the clarity of signal, etc. However, make sure you turn off the noise suppression after receiving or others will not be able to hear you clearly.
Summary: I bought this phone to replace one that I had because I could no longer get it from AT&T. I loved the phone for its keypad and ease of use. The only complaint is that it came with a battery from China and not a Pantech battery and I had to buy different batteries as the one it came with did not hold the charge.
