Summary: item was received in good condition however battery was old, unused and not working well, only has a one day charge so I needed to order a new battery - from another vendor - description should indicate battery issue
Summary: I have had the Pantech Ease now about 2 months. I am still getting adjusted. It is not difficult to use, but it is different from my flip phone. I did have a problem with the battery, however, the seller immediately sent me another battery, and that issue is solved.
Summary: I needed a phone that could easily allow me to text (my previous phone had the traditional keyboard that I had 3 letters assigned to each number key). I would have liked to have kept the Pantech Ease, but had to send it back. Every person I spoke with heard their voice echo on their end.
Summary: It is a good phone it just takes a little time to get used to the fact that there is no easy way to transfer from the closed screen to the open one. but over all it is a great phonefor the price.
Summary: I like the touch screen sensitivity and the size of the keys. I was warned about the battery life in other reviews so BELIEVE IT when they say it. Battery life is very poor and takes a long time to charge.
Summary: First of all, this works for what I need it to do, which is make calls and a few texts a day. I love the QWERTY keyboard, which saves me a lot of time and hassle. But there are some cons, and here they are: 1) Even with moderate use, only holds a charge for about 24 hours. 2) Camera is poor quality.
Summary: I had this phone b4 and it suddenly died along with the SIM card and since I am not technically adept I went on Amazon because the phone was discontinued and I didn't want to have to learn on a newer one with too many bells and whistles. I just wanted what I knew how to use. So I'm glad I found it.
