Summary: I purchased 2 refurbished Pantech Ease phones and one new one. After using each of the phones anywhere from 1 to 4 days, they stopped working and would not turn on. I liked the phone shape, style, ease of use, and qwerty keyboard. It was disappointing that I could not get one that would work. I would not recommend this phone.
Pros: Its a working phone with a network and buttons and the battery life is decent.
Cons: -touch screen is overly sensitive -a slight bit of moisture or dampness on it, the phone wont work -in conversation view when you lock your phone, if you receive a text the phone automatically unlocks its self automatically -slow -random freezing
Summary: This phone is a piece of junk the screen stopped responding never had any signal on it and the media features make the phone restart. I have gone through 3 phones in the past 6 months because of these reasons. This phone is a pile. My opinion, don't waste your money on this phone get a better one.
Pros: Twice as hard as it needs to be, but it does work. I guess it is good if you want to send texts, although you'll need both hands to slide it open to access the keyboard.
Cons: Turns itself off all by itself (!!!); non-intuitive controls; settings don't save; touchscreen requires you look at the phone versus an intuitive, simple pushbutton; you cannot put the phone away without touching something and making it buzz.
Pros: Easy to use in Easy Mode. Pain in the you know what in advanced mode. The camera button you push on the screen gets smaller in advanced mode, and you can never get off a picture before it's too late.
Cons: Started heating up. AT&T replaced battery, even though out of warranty by one week. Tried different chargers (kids had 2 others). Doesn't work. AT&T said by a Go Phone from Wal-Mart, swap SIM Card. AT&T lost my 2400 per year
