Has easy mode,or advance mode!Perfect phone for a first-timer!Great Value!

Summary: I got this for my senior aged mother, who was transitioning from a Razr. She's scared of technology, and touch screens. This product has 3g capability, but it also has and easy mode. The easy mode has GPS, alarm, calendar w reminders, lock screen, speaker phone, voicemail, ringtones, and texting. It has a keyboard that pulls out, but you can still use the touch screen while it's pulled out. This is a perfect phone for a "first-timer," senior citizen, or a child.
Pantech Ease P2020 is a great talk and text phone with many extra features.

Summary: I bought this phone as a talk/text phone since I did not want a phone that required a data plan. I've used the phone for a few weeks and so far really like it. The battery life is much better that my Impact. I get good call quality and with the slide out full qwerty keyboard it is great for texting. I think my signal strength is better than I had before too. The slider may be a little flimsy but with adult use should be fine.
Summary: Have had Pantech phones before, but this one is a sorry excuse for one. When I bought the phone it had an old battery, had to charge 2or3 times a day. Bought a new battery and make it through the day barely. Had a Pantech 7000 and a 6020 previously and will go for days on a charge. Touch screen fails to react properly also.
Summary: No complaints at all! I bought it because I needed an AT&T phone that did not require a data plan. This fit the bill perfectly. I had been using a pantech link 2, but it got wet and the keyboard stopped working. I love the Ease so much more! It is fantastic for texting. Highly recommended to anyone who does not want or need internet on their phone. Works perfectly with AT&T SIM card. No issues. Fast shipping.
Summary: Im 60 yrs old and was looking for a upgrade that was easy to learn. I really like the phone except a for a couple of things, my scrolling arrows ( to read a long text) dont work most of the time. The battery life could be better. Other than that I would buy this phone again.
Love the ease of use, large font size, & light up qwerty keyboard.

Summary: I purchased the Ease about two years ago through my ATT plan. It is time for a new phone, so I have been looking. ATT offers nothing with the large qwerty keys and large light up font on texts. I bought another brand phone on ebay hoping for a change. Well, forget that. That phone is going in the junk drawer and I just ordered another Pantech Ease.
