Summary: This phone cannot compete with the iphone compatables on the internet but for talk and text it does a pretty good job. The camera is not that great but it is functional and it can be used as a camcorder. i keep buying them because I have my contacts on windows mobile on my computer and when I break one the only way I can get my contacts on the new phone is to buy the same brand.
Dual keyboard is great, but function & ease of use are not.

Summary: I bought this to replace my previous phone because the touchscreen refused to work most of the time. I am a big text-er, and my phone would tell me I had messages but refuse to let me open them! I saw the Pantech Duo C810 and loved that there were two keyboards, QWERTY and number pad. I chose to buy this phone instead of a newer phone solely for the keyboards. The Windows formatting is confusing and the phone is not very easy to function.
Excerpt: This phone is terrible I dont reccomend anyone getting it. It may be named a smart phone but dont let the name deceive you cant connect to wifi active sync doesnt work withs vista. when you go to text itll exit the text sometimes and save it in your drafts, sometimes it also says Error failed to send text message, it even calls people twice in a row randomly. This is not smart not good dont buy it.
Excerpt: I had this phone for I think maybe two years. I loved that it had two keyboards. That was the best part. I do not think it is worth buying this phone for the price or at all. I had so many problems with it. It was my first really glitchy phone. I would be texting and then it would randomly call my mom. I regrettably have had two Pantech phones. I do not like Pantech phones at all every one I had/have gives me problems and glitches.
Nice and convenient phone, but it breaks all too easily.

Excerpt: The Pantech Duo is a very convenient and expensive phone, but the screen breaks all too easily. Both times, the screen broke and it honestly was not anyones fault. The entire screen the first time, cracked internally and then the second time it went completely black/blank. No one touched that phone or did anything to it to break it whatsoever. So although its a good phone just be careful with the screen.
Excerpt: I love this phone! It has a great calendar so I can keep up w/ my daily activities. I also love the full keyboard so I can text like crazy in long meetings to my hubby. I also use the alarm clock on the phone to wake me up in the morning. The phone has two alarm clocks. You can also sync your business calendar to your phone.
Excerpt: Its a great looking phone I love the slide out keyboard and the two sets of numbers it has. They r definatly still working out the kinks. I had mine about three days when it started freezing on me every once in a while. I has since stopped. i can say they are very dependable my husband dropped his in the toilet and all we had to do was replace the battery. works like a charm no problems what so ever from it.
Excerpt: I've had the Pantech Duo for almost 3 months now and I absolutely love it! I text all the time and having a full keyboard makes it so much easier. But what I liked about this phone as opposed to other phones with keyboards is this one also have a number pad. I also hate touch screens because they never work properly for me! I can't even dial a number on my boyfriends phone because it is a touch screen.
Excerpt: While the Pantech Duo fares better than other phones, it certainly is not the best. I do like the option of the pull out keyboard, as it makes texting easier. There aren't many "cool" features on this phone. I found it was just a step above the basic phones. There isn't much customization allowed on this phone. What I really didn't like with this phone was the lack of customization for the alarms.
