Summary: I bought this phone to use on page plus cellular, because they wouldn't port over my Verizon prepaid phone. Since it's not a smart phone, I couldn't load and use any apps on it. The web browser is set up for Verizon, but doesn't work with page plus. I can't even download ringtones. The only "data" I can utilize with it on page plus is picture messages. It works just fine as a phone. The camera is decent, and it does take video. The menus are intuitive and user-friendly.
Summary: Some of the features to the phone were pointless. If you swipe to the side you are given several icons for social networking sites including social beat. If you click Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc, it will all redirect you to social beat. It is not good for a messaging phone. Everything is touch screen. On an iPhone I hardly find myself making mistakes even with auto correct.
Excerpt: I have this phone currently and I think it's all right when it is under the temperature conditions. It is really bad when the screen gets hot because then it has no idea what you mean to touch. I would recommend a different phone.
Good if you live in digital area, except for camera

Excerpt: This was my 1st touch phone. It took me quite a while to get used to it. I did NOT like that I had to go into a menu to find camera or video in order to take a picture. It made it very hard to take on the spot pictures. I live in Extended Area. I could not do *228 to update this phone. (I bounce off a Cellcom tower). I tried using the back up wizard and it wiped my contacts out and dumped them in Verizon garbage.
Pros: Sharp screen clarity, pretty good music player, easily slides into back pocket
Cons: Battery doesn't last as long as prior phones, no flash/auto focus on camera (and for a 3mp it takes really crappy pictures), no way to edit pictures, the touchscreen is very sketchy and makes it hard to text or even just dial numbers to call people, the k
Excerpt: First day i immidiately noticed how hard it is to text on it but thought i would get used to it (i didnt still annoys the crap outta me). other than tht it did drop calls randomly, it freezes all the time. sometimes wont send or receive messages. when you upload pictures on it they only show up thumb nail size.
Excerpt: Its an ok phone. I had the ENV2 for my privious phone and the battery was awesome. I got this it was good for the first week but now it dies in an hour or so. I would not recomend this phone to anyone. I want to go back to my env2 because of the bad battery.
"Best phone I've ever had -BUT- doesn't hold a charge"
15 April 2011
Pros: This is the best phone I've ever had. Great camera, great video cam, many features, easy to use, great touchscreen, great reception. I never had any touchscreen performance issues but I don't type fast. I wish I could have made it work...
Cons: Battery life - I do not believe that there is a "short battery life" problem as some have suggested. I believe that the battery or charging system is just plain defective. The phone worked fantastic and the battery life was great for a while then someth
