Summary: This is my first smart phone. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and overall I'm happy with it. I am not a big phone user. In a typical week I have only a dozen phone calls and maybe 15 - 20 text messages. The voice quality is good and I can go 3 - 4 days before I need to charge the battery.
Excerpt: An aunt of mine decided to suddenly buy me a smart phone and I thought I might share with you which gadget she bought me this time. She bought me a Pantech Crossover. I have mixed feelings regarding this smart phone. For one thing, I have never heard of …
Summary: I haven't purchased a phone w/contract for some time. This one does what I want it to which is work "offline" and play music. This one does limit the size of ringtones so I wasn't able to turn songs directly into ringtones without shortening the length.
Summary: Got this as an upgrade phone for the AT&T go phone service. Works great even with the basic and data plans instead of the smart phone plan. Only drawback is you can only access internet with wi-fi access instead of being able to use 3G, minor setback and hasn't been much of a pain.
Summary: I bought this phone for my husband who wanted a small phone where he could call, do some texting, do some web searching, and he wanted a good battery life. This phone definitely met the criteria. He has had the phone for 2 months and loves it. The battery life is great.
Summary: After four months this phone has stopped working properly. The battery dies before a 24-hour period has passed. I have NO applications running and my Wi-Fi is turned OFF. I purchased a new battery (with warranty) and the problem is the same.
Summary: We purchased the Sharp phone that is very similar. It broke immediately. So this one has been a great relief. It works great. I don't know about other phone plans, but it worked seamlessly with the AT&T SIM card.
Summary: Hardware shoulder buttons: One is a quick access list, the other is screen lock and power. I use them constantly. Keyboard: I can't manage to use on screen keyboards accurately. The hardware keyboard provides tactile feedback. The keys are large and nicely spaced, easy to see and feel.
Summary: I like this phone a lot. when I first got it my 16 year old son started playing around with it and it took him awhile to give it to me! lol I really like being able to use the keyboard to txt I'm just not fond of the smart phone screen for texting.
