Disappointed

  • Summary: I bought the first Pantech to update to a qwerty keyboard. I rarely use it for calls or internet. I love it for what I wanted. BUT---after a few months the keys stopped working making texting impossible. I didn't realize it had a 1-yr warranty, and I purchased a 2nd one. It worked great for about 3 months, and I started having keys sticking AGAIN! I've had it with this phone now, even though I could get it warranteed, and I'm looking for a new phone--Not a Pantech!

  • Summary: Cheaply made and overpriced for what you get.
  • Pros: No contract on Verizon, full keyboard
  • Cons: Easily breakable, does not take video, overpriced

Nice phone but leaves a lot to be desired in battery life.

  • Summary: Nice phone with a lot of features. The texting keyboard is nice but the keys are very small for a texting keyboard. Another issue is the keyboard is supposed to lock to prevent keys being pushed when not intended. I found that it still was pushing keys when in your pocket or in the case when not intended. The battery life is horrible. I even bought a new battery thinking that might be the problem. It still could only get 6 days before recharging the phone.
