Summary: I received my Pantech Caper and was highly disappointed due to the fact that the battery included with the phone is the incorrect make and model for the phone. The battery didn't work at all, and my phone was NOT able to charge correctly. I have had to buy a new battery.
Summary: I bought the first Pantech to update to a qwerty keyboard. I rarely use it for calls or internet. I love it for what I wanted. BUT---after a few months the keys stopped working making texting impossible. I didn't realize it had a 1-yr warranty, and I purchased a 2nd one. It worked great for about 3 months, and I started having keys sticking AGAIN! I've had it with this phone now, even though I could get it warranteed, and I'm looking for a new phone--Not a Pantech!
Nice phone but leaves a lot to be desired in battery life.

Summary: Nice phone with a lot of features. The texting keyboard is nice but the keys are very small for a texting keyboard. Another issue is the keyboard is supposed to lock to prevent keys being pushed when not intended. I found that it still was pushing keys when in your pocket or in the case when not intended. The battery life is horrible. I even bought a new battery thinking that might be the problem. It still could only get 6 days before recharging the phone.
Excerpt: well this phone is okayyyy. the screen quality suckkkkkkkssssss really bad because everything that is supposed to be black turns out a crappy gray. the battery life is even worst. i can have the phone fully charged then at the end of the day it will be half charged.
