Summary: I bought the first Pantech to update to a qwerty keyboard. I rarely use it for calls or internet. I love it for what I wanted. BUT---after a few months the keys stopped working making texting impossible. I didn't realize it had a 1-yr warranty, and I purchased a 2nd one. It worked great for about 3 months, and I started having keys sticking AGAIN! I've had it with this phone now, even though I could get it warranteed, and I'm looking for a new phone--Not a Pantech!
Summary: I ordered this phone as it was in the price range I was looking for. Buttons are very small and hard to push just one at a time. And it occasionally will reboot itself, sometimes not at the most convenient time.
Summary: I have an iPhone but I have had 2 cellphones for probably the last 10 years. I switched to a prepaid plan on my 2nd line last year. I just purchased this phone and love it. I like the keyboard although it is a bit small and I have small hands. But for a very inexpensive phone, it's a phenomenal buy!
Summary: The phone does what its designed to do well, If people want a smart phone they should buy one and stop compareing feature phones like this to iPhone and the like. There or worse phones out there.
Summary: I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now. I love it. It does exactly what I want it to do. Shipping was a breeze and the price was beyond reasonable. I would definitely order from this vendor again, and the phone, itself, was exactly what I wanted.
Summary: This phone is perfect for texting. THAT'S IT! Everything else is very slow and/or low quality. Although, the sound quality is pretty good. When it comes down to it, this is a good back-up phone.
Summary: it looks exactly like a blackberry, the camera could be better (but works good), there is a lock on the keys (so you don't have to worry about accidentally calling people), there is enough room for your fingers to text. the screen is not too small, i didn't try the internet. overall, i don't have anything to complain about.
