Cons: For incoming and outgoing calls, within seconds or a couple of minutes, the audio becomes garbled and the call is dropped. Have to make several calls to complete a conversation. Have one replaced, same problems. AT&T gives no satisfaction in resolving
Pros: I think it has a lot of features and if everything worked like it was supposed to, it would be a good phone
Cons: I'm on my 2nd phone and looks like I will need a 3rd due to excessive echos. It didn't start out that way; developed problems over time. Lots of little glitches like backlight goes out/wont come on sometimes, messages won't send sometimes, etc.
Excerpt: I've had this phone now for about 1 year. Overall I like it. The sound quality is decent, and the microphone seems to mute background sounds very well, so people onthe other end can hear you speaking clearly, even if you are in a noisey environment. All that being said, I do have 1 issue. The backlight on the keypad turns off after about 5 seconds. There is no way to adjust the time. The screen backlight is adjustable, but the keypad is not.
Pros: Large keys, large display, good sound, good battery life.
Cons: Keypad Backlight lasts for only 5 seconds, and there is no way to adjust it. This could be fixed with a simple software update, but Pantech told me there is currently no plan to do so. That's why the design rating is low.
Pros: It has large keys and a clear, colorful display, which helps us middle-agers. It has lots of features, although I use virtually none of them. All I really need is a reliable phone.
Cons: Even at full volume, the ring's too soft. The keypad backlight turns off in seconds, so it's hard to use in the dark. There's no easy way to transfer photos from the phone to a computer, especially a Mac.
"Nice phone for someone who deisres large buttons"
22 September 2009
Pros: Nice ring tone and volumn control, fantastic camera, large buttons facilitate in texting
Cons: Too many steps involved to send a text. If I miss a call, can't write the number down immediately, poof the number is gone. If it had a specific option for :"missed calls" like my old phone, it would be great.
