"Watch out for the discontinued Web Mail service!!!"
2 February 2014
Pros: Fantastic phone, simple plus and easy to read!
Cons: Have been going back and forth w/ATT and why there WEB MAIL has been discontinued! You go to log in and get this message; YOUR PHONE NO LONGER SUPPORTS THIS EMAIL APPLICATION. YOUR ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE ANYMORE (12)
Summary: Good little phone, easy to use and rugged. Dropped several times on concrete. Sound not great but passable, and the address book is tricky at first, numbers are large and clear, display shows large numbers and easy clean lines and colors in the BREEZE mode. Battery life long about 3-4 days even after 3 years. Camera not great, but it works. Good phone for older folk because of the large numbers on key pad and display. I do not text or use the internet on this phone.
Pros: large clear display for a little phone. , rugged.
The Breeze III is not 'better' than my Breeze II
11 July 2013
Summary: I cracked my Breeze II so I thought I would get a refurbished Breeze III to finish out my contract. The Breeze III does not have the versatility that the Breeze II has in the individual contacts. Example, the II can have different ringtones for each contact my breeze III does not, even the guy at the AT&T store could not find a way to do it. For me the II was better. I bought a low cost refurbished phone so maybe that's part of the speaker issue.
Pros: It has a very good sound quality, the ring tones are loud and the speaker phone. And also the talk listening volume. You can hear someone very clear. It has Noise Suppression so when you are talking to someone they can hear you with no problem.
Cons: what I don't like is the 3 short cut buttons at the top. The phone can do without those. And I don't like having to change the Phone Mode to get to certain sections of the menu. It has Breeze Mode or Advanced Mode they should have made just one Mode.
Summary: I was looking for a basic phone. It had to be a flip opening phone. Nice large buttons, good volume. The battery is a problem does not last as long a it should. I only use the phone a few time daily and the calls are only a few minutes.
Summary: This is my first cell phone. The Breeze is a great phone for some one with a disability. I can text easy with the big buttons. I sound clear on this phone. I do have a speech problem, so the clear i sound that better. But because I text a lot, I have to change it daily. Do anybody know if it should came with CD for the Computer? I tried to load pictures on my Pc and it keep asking me for a CD.
Good phone overall, great graphics, battery life could be better.

Summary: Got this phone because my other flip phone was dying on me. Luckily this phone arrived the same day my old phone's screen went totally dead. I like the phone overall, the screen is terrific and like the graphics. Audio is very good when you're in a covered area. Different tone and alert sounds from my old phone (an LG) and some aren't loud enough for me - the ring is loud though! But the message alerts aren't too loud.
