Summary: Battery life is minimal, picture filing is cumbersome and ability to search thru them is terrible. It's an adequate flip phone but doesn't come close to what it could or should be. And it has limited storage of text message. Razr flip phones, now discontinued, run circles around this phone . . .
Summary: Phone is OK for most applications. Do not text, browse, e-mail or send pics. Operates well as a phone. Battery life is OK for phone operations. Short on features. Can not assign seperate ringtones for specific callers, ie, family members, or office. Phone can be put on silence or vibrate but may change itself if moved by shifting in pocket or carrier. Can be very bothersome at times. Ringer is not loud enough in a noisy environment.
Summary: I've used AT&T cell phones from 1996 to present. This is the worst I have ever had primarly extreamly BAD battery life. Took for ever to find the USB software. If it wouldn't of been for other user having the same issue & finding a solution then posting it online I would still be looking.
Summary: Got this for my mom who is in her 70's and on my family plan. She just wants a simple phone with larger buttons and the choices are becoming very slim. Buttons are nice and large and easy for her to launch camera and read text messages and pics when we send her. She won't respond to text or pictures but does enjoy getting them, on her previous older Samsung flip it was a three step process to get to text and more steps for MMS so we didn't even bother.
Summary: This phone is great for a child just getting their first cellphone, or for an older person looking for a simple device. It has a battery that lasts for a long time, especially when idle, the buttons are clearly marked, and it does not have flashy graphics or anything. The screen is not great, in size or clarity, but it serves one very well as a phone.
Summary: reporting and receiving instructions for a job on the line makes it easier if it could be communicated accurately to all concern, thru voice and even with video or pictures to get the right parts in time, get a handle with right procedures and mark the job done. that's why i make sure this phone is in my tool bag.
Pros: camera/video quality , speaker , durable , ease of use , good for texting
Summary: I got this phone to mirror the one I got for my elderly Dad. This was so I could guide him through using his from long distance. It was a good phone for him with larger numbers and fairly simple operation. But now I'm longing for a smartphone upgrade and have to wait.
Summary: Like the phone. Just wanted a phone to make calls, do a little texting without the need of recharging too often. I returned the first phone because I thought the battery live was poor. The second phone has the same battery life. It needs a charge every two to three days with light to moderate use. I know some people will say that is great, but I DO NOT AGREE. ATT offers very few non-smart phones these days and none that have the battery performance of the older phones.
