Summary: Received defective equipment, plus it had scratches on the casing. Bluetooth would not work at all. This device would never detect another bluetooth device and I had 3 other bluetooth devices that couldn't detect this phone. Sending it back.
Summary: Their replacement phone was to be exactly like mine but it was not. The phone kept freezing up on me and I was not able to dial or receive phone calls. I had to continually take out the battery and put it back in to get it unfrozen. The texting was not like my pantech. If I received a text and went to answer it my answer appeared in a different location. Therefore the questions and answers were not near each other.
Summary: I bought this because it said it was unlocked. I mailed it to my daughter in Canada to use with her own SIM card. It didn't work. When I called AT&T about getting it unlocked I was told that the account it was listed on owed a balance and they would not unlock the phone until it was paid.
Summary: The back half of the Breeze III is slightly larger than the Breeze II. The Breeze II had a sleek professional appearance, the Breeze III looks rugged and clunky in comparison. When I started using the Breeze III I immediately began receiving complaints that the other party couldn't hear me, that I sounded far away, that I sounded like I was in a tin can.
Cons: poor audio quality on calls , clunky physical appearance
Summary: In 2 months, I have replaced 2 of these with new contract. The audio is unacceptable and poor. First phone microphone was messed up and could not hear me on other end even though I speak loudly. New phone within warranty is just as defective. People could hear me for a few minutes then I would sound garbled and they couldn't figure out what I was saying. Worked fine for about a month before defect showed up on this last one.
Pros: prior pantech 1 & 2 were good
Cons: poor audio quality , defective phone that doesn't last
Summary: I have recently gotten my first cell phone and I had chosen the Pantech this has been a good phone easilily understood the apps and functions of the phone and most of its features. The sales person that help us at the Att store was very knowledgeable and helpfull in every way.
