Excerpt: Was swayed by a Verizon sales liar that the Outbreak was the best thing to get. Bought it outright and for a few months it was a good phone. Then things started going south. The biggest issue with this mobile pile of phonepoop is that there are never updates and the internal memory is tooooooo daaaamn small.
I like this phone but make sure that you buy the replacement warranty.

Summary: This is my 3rd Breakout. The first one started power cycling on its own after a few weeks and was replaced under warranty. New phone was great until less than a year later it started the same problem along with shutting off and not powering up until I pulled and replaced the battery, then it would not find service.
Summary: I am not entirely happy with this phone. In this day and age, who puts out a phone without a speaker, and who puts out a phone with NO FLASH for it's camera? My phone is my go to for a lot more then just making and receiving calls. I am deaf in one ear and can't use a blue tooth, so can't use the phone while driving. When taking a picture, I have to back arrow in order to take a second, so rapid fire pix are not here.
Summary: The only problem I have had with this phone is it wont hold an SD card. It keeps saying SD card has been removed. Which is very annoying!! However, I have not tired to replace the SD card. My BF has the same phone & he has not experienced this with his. I had to return the 1st breakout due to the screen kept freezing up. My new one seems to be ok so far. Except the SD card does the same thing on this phone as on my last one... so it might be the card, not the phone.
Nice cheap phone if you want 4G, but make sure you are near a charger

Summary: Decent but basic 4G phone. Pantech's modifications are welcome and unobtrusive, and the phone feels quick. Unfortunately, battery life is terrible, though on par with similar 1st gen 4G VZW phones like the Samsung Charge.
