Summary: I just got this phone a week and a half back and yes it needs a sd card but thats ok.I would have gave it 5 stars if it didn't drop so many calls.I do live between some hills.I had a iPhone 4 but it broke it dropped calls to but not as much as this one im trying to see if I should stick it out or send it back are contracked is up in 4 months its not that long but my be to long for so many dropped calls.if you live in a town with good phone strangth get this you live...
Summary: Phone works, cosmetically in good condition. Can't use apps on it because it says the internal memory is low despite reseting and deleting almost everything on it. Add was deceiving, made you think it came with a Sim card which it didnt.
GOOD DESIGN AND BUILD QUALITY, BUT LACKS ON MEMORY AND PERFORMANCE

Summary: Great 4G LTE speed but advanced and app savvy users beware. Once I received the device I was happy to see that the device was un opened and in the original box, all components, manuals, and quick start guides were included (sim card not included-the carrier will provide one at their local retail store). Its a great 4G phone for the basic smartphone user and it can get the job done, but those who seek high performance and memory space should look elsewhere.
Excerpt: Was swayed by a Verizon sales liar that the Outbreak was the best thing to get. Bought it outright and for a few months it was a good phone. Then things started going south. The biggest issue with this mobile pile of phonepoop is that there are never updates and the internal memory is tooooooo daaaamn small.
I like this phone but make sure that you buy the replacement warranty.

Summary: This is my 3rd Breakout. The first one started power cycling on its own after a few weeks and was replaced under warranty. New phone was great until less than a year later it started the same problem along with shutting off and not powering up until I pulled and replaced the battery, then it would not find service.
Summary: I am not entirely happy with this phone. In this day and age, who puts out a phone without a speaker, and who puts out a phone with NO FLASH for it's camera? My phone is my go to for a lot more then just making and receiving calls. I am deaf in one ear and can't use a blue tooth, so can't use the phone while driving. When taking a picture, I have to back arrow in order to take a second, so rapid fire pix are not here.
