terrible!!!

gls522, Viewpoints

  • Excerpt: Palm centro by Verizon. Phone is horrible. As I am talking and using the phone it often disconnects me. Not due to connection with Verizon, it is due to the keypad , any slight pressure hangs up the phone. Unable to read entire emails. Only has so much view for emails. Would never recomend this phone.

rudyv3, CNET
14 April 2011

  • Cons: It runs on an old Windows Mobile platform no longer supported by MS. Figures Sprint would sell me a phone that I can't get updates for! The touch screen is a little jittery - especially the touch keyboard. The : is only available on the touch screen keybo

aaronhome27, CNET
6 February 2010
  • Pros: Best looking treo to date.
  • Cons: As stated my 6th phone is on the way. If you have ever dealt with sprint / palm support you can imagine the BS I have gone thru with each and every phone. Every phone shipped had something wrong with it that could not be fixed.

"Wouldn't own one or recommend it to anyone."

pseudopod, CNET
17 September 2009
  • Pros: Data, GPS, Bluetooth, Wifi all in one package.
  • Cons: OS is bloated, slow, and difficult to use (still don't know why you'd want Windows on a handheld device), with constant interruptions and pop-ups that loop and loop and loop. No way to completely turn off the unit short of removing the battery.

  • Pros: It has a few . . . it's speaker is nice, it has menus similar to previous palms so if you've had one before it makes it an easy switch
  • Cons: Okay . . .too many to list, the big one is the Sync option!
