Excerpt: This thing has been nothing but trouble. Lousy phone, even in the Sprint store. Tempermental (tiny)buttons. Sprint replaced the first one. The second one was just as bad so I think its poor design not that I got a bad example.
Excerpt: I have had this phone for almost 2 years and have had nothing but problems with it. I have taken it in several times to be worked on and they have no idea how to fix it. Excerpt: i thought this phone would be great... and i'm sure it is, if you don't mind not only carrying with you at all times your address book, your camera, your phone.. and your keyboard. that's how i feel about this thing. like i'm carrying them all around all the time. it does't fit in my pocket, looks ridiculous in a holster on my hip, and isn't even all that user friendly- the keys are too small to text quickly, and i just plain don't like it!

Basically, for the first month or two I had it seemed like every day I found something else it couldn't do that it should have been able to do and that my ppc6700 did without issues. the small square screen means most games or other programs are far less likely to work on it, I'm sure palm has some available but I'm not willing to pay them for them when I should be able to use the large...
