Summary: A Solid, Reliable OLD-SCHOOL PDA. This is an INFORMATION ORGANIZER, not a damn toy for teenagers. Get this phone if you want your DATA stored and Organized in a Super Clean, Efficient, easy to access manner. Palm was doing the PDA 15 years before anyone else, and this phone shows it.
Summary: Per. Fect. Have been a Palm user for ~15 years. Got tired of having Palm on hip and flip-phone in pocket. Really wanted a "Palm Cell Phone," found *exactly* that at TecZilla. Fairly smooth "upgrade" from Palm (databases, apps, etc), REALLY like the well-spaced buttons (miss jotting, though).
Summary: Excellent product, I am actually replacing an old one I have had for years. Provides everything I need without all the bells and whistles. I need one when I am traveling because I Know that when I put in the Sim card I am guaranteed.
Summary: I've had my Palm Treo 680 since 2004. The battery cover wouldn't stay on and would fall off constantly. The face plate had 2 cracks. Decided it was time for a new phone. I have never had a use for any of the internet features and never had to pay AT&T for those services.
Summary: If you are looking for a great internet phone--this isn't for you. Buy a Droid. Buy an iPhone. Once past that, though, this still works great and does some things, like keeping your calendar sync'd on your desktop, better. It is a good ebook reader and a good mp3 player. It is a great PDA.
