Summary: This phone was for my young & over smart nephew, who likes this smart phone. As soon as u see the phone u can make out that the phone has been reconditioned. Its not in its original box & doesn't contain the major things which is the cd & the data cable, which is a must with this phone. If the seller states that its reconditioned then its ok, atleast it shows that. but if the seller says its brand new then we expect everything & the whole packaging.
Summary: I bought this phone for my husband and we have not learnt how to use it and we have had it for over a week I recently bought him a blackberry curve and he has had it about 3 hours and has learned everything about it..
Summary: I enjoy getting new phones every year and trying new brands and makes. I had never owned a Palm phone so I decided it was the year to try one. As far as smart phones go this phone has the standard features (Calender, email and media). As a person that just crossed over from a blackberry, this phone falls a little short of the mark.
Summary: What i really dislike is that the phone is not unlocked. The real reason for me to buy it was for the unlocked benefit. I know that if I try and look up on the internet may be I can find the way to do it my self but that is not the purpose. I just wanted a freaking unlocked treo. Like Ron Popeil, Set it, and forget it. The Phone looks nice. Just bought a new black case for it to transfer all the guts, but I have to unlocked first.
Summary: We all should learn a lesson when something is to good to be true. The phone came in a brown box, and the product in poor condition. Scratches, chips, and the phone has issues while in use. Turns off for no reason. The phone freezes up, the speaker phone is horrible, and when using bluetooth the first time you call the phone no one can hear you, then you have to call them back. IMO, I would not tell others to buy this item.
