Summary: It's okay for a temporary phone. Navigation works well and I love the keyboard. The touchstone charging kit that came with it no longer worked. None of the apps will download and for some reason it won't let me save any contacts. Wouldn't really recommend it to a friend if they were looking for a temporary phone.
Summary: The seller represented the Palm Pre phone I bough as NEW. The phone arrived in a generic Sprint box not specific to the model, and it had a user manual from a later version of the phone - the Verizon Palm Pre 2, which is a different handset with different hardware. After a memory problem came up in the first week I took the phone into the Sprint store and they told me it was refurbished. I also checked ##786# diagnostics and it shows a recondition date.
Summary: Arrived ahead of time. Had problem updating the system, seller immediatley replaced the phones, great customer service, their just not phone savy, in all fairness Palm Support wasn't either. Verizon had to Hardstart the phone to get the new system update and now they work great.
Summary: I thought this would be brand new with retail packaging, so I felt a little deceived. Came in a generic box with everything that would come with a new palm pre. They should stated on the page that this is NOT from the manufacturer. I have suspicions that it is rebuilt as I've owned original palm pres with original packaging. The metal plating inside is a little different, also, the tab for pulling the battery, as well. Seems fine and looks new, so I'm satisfied.
Summary: it was good with everything but turning on and off was slow and pressing keys was not good i tried texting but some letters didn't show up after i pressed them took like 4 or 5 clicks before they showed up but i got used to it other than that good phone
Excerpt: It multitasks well, and is usually pretty quick apps, but it is cheap. The speakers are horrible. I'm on my third phone and it'd driving me crazy. I had to speak to everyone for 2 weeks via speakerphone... Also I love querty keyboards, but this one is just too small. I'm always pressing extra buttons...
