Summary: it's not what I like about the phone is what I don't like about the phone the phone had a globe brown mark inside the display screen . then this talk speaker went out people only can hear me on the speakerphone not on the speaker the Sellar for this phone sucks and I didn't have the money to send the phone back what a waste
Summary: I didn't get to use it for long.. fell apart in my hand after about 2 weeks of use. Apps are difficult to use on this phone and had a lot of problems with getting and sending pictures. Over all this phone wasn't that great.
Excerpt: This is not a phone for those easily frustrated. The screen is not as sensitive as it should be and it has a mind of its own. The people selling it should warn those used to Blackberry phones on the product responsiveness. I brought mine back the first week I got it. It was horrible. It has great applications as does the Blackberry and if you want a really good phone stay with what you know just upgrade to the latest model.
Excerpt: I should have known better than to buy a brand new phone that just came out. I am extremely disappointed in the Palm Pre and cannot wait to replace it. The battery does not last an entire day. The phone often gets stuck in headset mode and is difficult to get back in regular mode. Reception is terrible (even compared to others on the same network). The phone also frequently drops calls.
Summary: This is by far the worst phone I've ever used. The hardware is flimsy. The keyboard is tiny and nearly unusable without fingernails. There's no stock on-screen keyboard. The OS (WebOS) is decent enough; however, it doesn't handle multi-tasking well in that background apps use the same amount of RAM and processor time as if they were in the foreground. The screen is made of plastic and, therefore, scratches easily.
Summary: the day i recieved the phone, i let the phone charge. once i put the phone on a blue screen showed up and said there was an error and unable to be resolved. i brought it to sprint. the tech tried to reset it and other stuff. after a 15 min wait he told me that they had sent me a damaged phone. now i have to send this phone back and do this and that then wait to recieve a nother one...im hoping this one works.
