Excerpt: It was that time again when my cell phone contract was up and I could upgrade my phone. All I really wanted was a decent phone so any extras would be a bonus and I did't want to spend any real money. Sprint gave me a choice of about 4 "free" phones (free with a 2 year contract.) By far, the most modern looking was the Palm Pixi so I took the plunge.
Excerpt: I fell in love with the phone when i first saw it in sprint. i bought it in December and im very happy with it. Its quick, easy to use but complicated to those who want to be noisy and go through your phone. It has a full keyboard, and my favorite part of the phone is the menu/home button. The way one has to slide it or tap it to get to where u need to go. Its slim, small, fits everywhere and i even lose it in my purse. its a great multi-tasker barely freezes on me.
Plam Pixi best middle ground between touch and keyboard phones

Excerpt: When I went to the store, I was going to buy a Palm Pre, but as soon as I spotted the Palm Pixi, I knew I had to have it. The phone has been reliable, but be careful about which apps you download. If the app has any kinks, it can mess with the phone. I had to have the store reset my phone to clear some free app I got. But, that's not the fault of the phone--I just love it!
Excerpt: This phone is very easy to use. It is delightfully easy to type upon, it is easier to use than most other smart phones, the touch screen is in, some ways a bit too responsive, when scrolling through Facebook it is a challenge to not be moved away from what you are reading to a website, a profile et cetera, but that is both a minor quibble, and one that I have zero clue how to fix. They market it as a first smart phone, but I think a lot of people are like me, former...
Excerpt: i love this phone because it is compact and very usefull when trying to get somewhere using the gps function on the palm pixi, being able to download ringtones in the blink of an eye, and also being able to get apps and connecting to facebook and email is also important to me because of my job and keeping in touch with family on the go. Reviewer received a sample of this product.
Excerpt: My husband and I each got the Pixi as an upgrade from our older flip phones. We wanted something that was a smartphone, but wasn't TOO much phone for us. My husband wanted something that would play music and I wanted to have a good selection of apps - and we both wanted something that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. This phone did the trick!
Excerpt: I have had this phone for close to a year now and I absolutly love it. It has a mp3 player, camera, and web capabilities. It has a feature called a mobile hotspot, which allows you to have access to the internet on up to 5 devices. I use the internet from this phone on my laptop all the time and it works just as well as any other internet would. This phone also allows you to access facebook and watch videos on youtube. It also is a touchscreen which is very userfriendly.
Excerpt: Ever since I transferred to the US, I have been looking forward on the cell phone that would best suit me. I started with a tri-band cell phone that i bought from the Philippines and just loaded a prepaid sim card into it so I'd have a temporary contact number. But thinking in advance I always wanted to have a smart phone so I could check my emails, keep in touch with family and at least have an internet capability.
Excerpt: The Palm Pixi is amazing and I absolutely love it! (I do not own this phone; my fiance does... but I mess around with it ever day). There are so many neat features for the Palm Pixi. Being a girl; I absolutely love the sticky note feature! I often take his phone and leave him little notes on his phone. We love the fact that when you want to get rid on an application from your screen; you just simply put your finger on the screen and flick it up to the top of the phone.
Excerpt: I love smartphones, and what better company to go with than the one with the original? Operation is very smooth, and the structure of the phone is comfortable and easy - not awkward at all. It is easier to type if you have long nails though because the buttons are someone small. The sound quality is great, and pictures/video come out as if it were a digital camera. I wish there were a few more free, relevant, and workable applications.
