  • Summary: Bought this phone to use with my straight talk sim card. (bring your own phone program) After much research, there is no way to get past the profile set up screen and there is no user manual to be found any where.(Not in box or on internet) I even called straight talk. They said if my sim card was working in my old phone, it should be working in the palm pixi and that the phone was compatible with straight talk but they have no information to help me set it up.

  • Summary: The Pixie was supposed to be unlocked but could not be made operational. It was to have replaced a prior Pixi phone that my son accidentally washed. Returning the item to the local Walmart was a little of a hassle since the personnel were unfamiliar with Walmart.com returns.

  • Summary: This is my first phone I use it actually if I had a new choice I would chose other mobile phone. Keyboard is good but when typing you can't move the cursor were you want. I hate that. It is very hard to find free apps for this instead of android phone. the OS is older with a lot of restriction as AT&T Property. This palm pixi plus doesn't have micro SD stick as they suggest you ad one for better work. it take to long to power on about 5 min.

  • Summary: I love Palm devices. I can't think of a model or device they've manufactured that I haven't liked for one reason or another. However, either due to ATT's new restrictive controls or due to this phone's programming (or lack thereof), I was unable to set the "arn" settings and get this phone to operate on ATT. Recommend choosing another unlocked GSM phone type if you're with ATT.

Apparently wonderful phone, but unusable if not activated and registered.

  • Summary: I purchased this phone because the features looked outstanding for the price. It was a little amusing that it takes nearly five minutes for the phone to boot up. Apparently that is the WebOS that this phone uses. Even when unlocked this model has to be registered and activated before it can be used. That should be stated in the description. Apparently activation is dependent on the cell phone service. I was unable to activate it with three different services.

Worse phone on the market. Don't bother

  • Summary: I must say it's true what they say..You get what you pay for. I bought two of these phones. My husband and I both are having all sorts of problems with this phone. It takes forever to power up, the battery life sucks and you have to leave the phone on for it to charge. The keyboard is extremely small and it does not take the best pictures and the video is dark. Don't waste your time or money purchasing this phone.
