A good start-up cell phone for young children and teenagers.
4 April 2014
Summary: This is my third phone of this kind. I first had it a few years a go as my first smartphone. But now i see it as a mere start-up cell phone for young children who are texting all the damn time.It has very good call quality and great battery life. I was actually surprise it was still on the market and listed as NEW.
Summary: I was not able to use this phone with my current carrier so I can not rate it on it's functions but I can say it was a cool phone and looked like it would be fun and easy to use. It looked very durable and I certainly would have kept it if I had been able to sue it with my carrier. I sent it back and the merchant I purchased it from was great in providing me with all I needed to do so and also a quick refund.
Excerpt: Used this phone for 5 years. People are surprised that this phone has a touch screen and that I can browse the web (but it doesn't support Unicode), read PDFs (painful but possible), use facebook and google map, play AAC audio, record videos, and watch TV shows. PalmOS is a simple enough OS that the GUI was rather quick and responsive (although now it seems less perky; a problem that even a reboot doesn't help).
Good outdated backup phone for when your Android phone breaks.

Summary: Overall good phone. However, the keyboard buttons are tiny and, if you have normal sized fingers, good luck pressing them, it's solidly constructed, the OS rarely crashes, and it doesn't do multi-tasking which makes battery life exceptional. The only real problems are no app support and the OS is no longer supported (Palm is gone and HP dumped the product line completely shortly after acquiring them).
Summary: First, let me say if you buy a cell phone through Amazon, try to get it from UNLOCKED CELL PHONE KINGS INC. I have bought several phones through them and every time, without exception they have delivered exactly what they are advertising, and on-time or before. This Palm Centro is BLUE really blue! Ok, there are black ones out there and I did have one of those but I had to return it on account of some sort of malfunction. I bought the blue one on price alone...
Summary: This phone ive had for a while. The camara sucks, the emails dont update by itself, and its dificult to send a email because of the size capacity. Its a good phone for someone who isnt good with technology or wouldnt use it a lot. screen its pretty small and keys too. the battery life sucks, it dies pretty quick if you use it a lot, and also the pages are worth nothing seen online.
Good phone at a great price, with no extra monthly data plan!

Summary: I bought this to replace my Palm Centro that had a cracked screen. I call this a "dumb" smartphone, because it has the features of a smartphone without the requirement of a data plan. I use the calendar and documents features often and like that I can sync it with my PC. The multi-function calculator is excellent as well... whether I'm doing woodwork, cooking, or trigonometry, there is a calculator for it.
