  • Excerpt: The O2 XDA Ignito (HTC Touch Diamond) is a great little phone. Both my parents already had this phone when i decided to bin my boring old one and buy one of these. Although i was already on an O2 contract it wasn't up for renewal so i decided to buy one from Ebay!

A pity, this phone could have been such a good seller

  • Excerpt: O2 XDA Ignito, is the O2 network version of the HTC Touch Diamond. I had the luxury (?) of trying both of these HTC products out, and I was left with a mix of emotions. O2 XDA Ignito runs on the notorious Windows Mobile 6.1, with its powerful (?) and yet useless 500+Mhz processor.

  • Excerpt: O2 XDA Exec I have had this phone now for 18 months on a contract with o2. The phone is a robust clamshell design but the screen can also be pivoted to make the phone into a more traditional PDA look.

  • Excerpt: This really is everything you need from a PDA phone. I have difficulty with remembering things because of an illness, and this has changed my life. The calendar (with its excellent on-screen reminders), the alarms (you can set up to three a day, either as a once-off or as a regular thing), the...
  • Pros: Everything in one device  -  from phone and reminders to wireless internet
  • Cons: Its functionality could be improved, with an easier way to make notes, better control of volume and an easier - to - use keyboard .

  • Excerpt: Firstly I love this pocket PC. It's supplied by work so it has all of the bells and whistles and I don't have to pay a thing (a definate bonus). That said I don't know what anything costs for it. The main disadvantage is that the battery only lasts three days if you don't use it.
  • Pros: Phone, e - mail, sms, internet capable Pocket PC
  • Cons: Needs reloading completely when it loses its charge

29 November 2005
  • Excerpt: These PDA's are the best on the market. Although they are a fairly large phone they have all the functions of a PC and are very easy to use. The only real downside is that the voice quality is not not great while making a call, it is clear your end but sometimes the line is faint for the person you...
  • Pros: Extremely versatile, all the functions of a PC .
  • Cons: Not a great phone for sound quality .
