Summary: I would not recommend buying this phone because it only lasted 8 months and I used it very little. I definitely did not get my money's worth out of it. I had it checked out by a cell phone repairman. After replacing the port that connects with the charger, the cell phone kept shutting off. He said it couldn't be repaired and that I needed a new phone.
Summary: The chargers are European with a US electrical adapter. Unfortunately the one included with my phone did not work so I called for a replacement. They responded however the replacement adapters consisting of two components fit so loosely that you have to put them in some sort of a self designed fixture to assure a good connection between the pieces and a successful charge. I asked for just a US charger but received the European adapters.
Summary: The quality of the phone sub-par. The screen was permanently scratched after being in my bag for two days. The phone periodically freezes so you have to take out the battery to restart it. The acoustics are very bad; it feels like someone's talking across the room. The camera is also pretty bad as well. I've used it for a few years. It's fast to type on and has an FM radio which is nice.
Summary: I bought a x6 for my Aunt and x3 for my wyfe, the Nokia X3 Slider GSM phone keyboard sounds weak and and cracks when typing the numbers since new. 8 months later started missing signal ramdomly. the phone got no scratches and well used. I changed the GSM chip 3 times with no luck. Now the phone recovers signal suddenly...
Battery dead, also to send pictures from the phone it does not work.

Summary: I have had this x-3 phone for about 6 months or so and the battery is completely dead. Every now and then, the phone may come back up. As far as charging this phone, it does not work either. This is so ridiculous. A waste of money. I would like to know how I can get my money back or get a new phone. Can anybody give me some information on this please?
Summary: Nokia doesn't allow this phone (US product code) to update its firmware so you're stuck with what was put on when the phone first came out including all its bugs. There have already been two new firmware releases from the firmware my handset states and Nokia's US website even says the phone needs to be updated but it wont update.
Summary: Not sure this phone has an original Nokia battery because standby-time is only 80h. Based on spec it should be 380h. Will see how long it will last when I start calling. I was reading a lot of bad revies about this phone (after I bought...), so I may want to return it.
