Summary: The quality of the phone sub-par. The screen was permanently scratched after being in my bag for two days. The phone periodically freezes so you have to take out the battery to restart it. The acoustics are very bad; it feels like someone's talking across the room. The camera is also pretty bad as well. I've used it for a few years. It's fast to type on and has an FM radio which is nice.
Summary: Nokia doesn't allow this phone (US product code) to update its firmware so you're stuck with what was put on when the phone first came out including all its bugs. There have already been two new firmware releases from the firmware my handset states and Nokia's US website even says the phone needs to be updated but it wont update.
Summary: When someone is calling, most of the time myself or them can't hear clear at all. message alert tone is very low; alaram clock no sound at all, i showed the shop, where i bought, but they could not.
Summary: I bought this phone to use mainly for texting and calling people. Texting is ok, but the call quality is awful, really bad. Nokia seem to have forgotten that a phone might be used to actually call people. The vibrate function is quite strong, and I think it's helping to vibrate the speaker to bits.
Conclusion: Just got this phone, so cant say much at the mo, i got it due to it being 3g and i did not realize that it was a touch screen phone, as it does not look like one in the shop Catalogs, i got it for my sister that Prefers the old style curser/arrow movement, with the Keypad! when browsing the web!
