Summary: The battery is very hard to get in. The screen changes continually making it difficult to stay on track when using it. It drops calls continually. Everyone that calls me, complains about it. The case on the back of the phone does not stay in place. I would like to send it back.
Summary: This phone came with a xerox copy of part of the user manual, my first clue that I was in trouble. The battery life is nowhere near vendor claims, less than two days even when not in use, and the indicator goes from full to no charge within an hour or two.
Summary: My son broke my cel phone so I had to purchase a new one. I didn't wanted a very expensive cel phone, but either way I wanted a smartphone. So I got the Nokia N97. First of all let me tell you that the Ovi market is TERRIBLE and the lack of apps is unbelievable!!!!
Summary: Do not buy from shopbest.com, their return policy is not good. they gave 3 days for return from day when items received. This is a very smart way of not accepting return. N97 package was already opened. They send used n97,that they claim is new.
Summary: Before I write this review, some history. I used this phone for over 1 year, before this I owned a Nokia N95 for 2 years, a nokia 3650 for 4 years and a nokia 2260 before that. Needless to say, I was a big time Nokia fanboy.
Summary: "the software freezes. the speaker phone mike to call receiver is so soft the reciever cannot hear the caller. antener reception dances around. all other parts of the phone good. in general a very poor phone. if only it would do what it says on the tin"
Summary: "I am a huge fan of Nokia and recommend their phones as the best to everyone I know, but stay away from this phone. I have owned Nokia phones exclusively since 1994. Everything from the 2128 to my latest N95 and now the N97.
Summary: "Avoid this phone. Again a Nokia fan, but this one is the pits, apps crash, runs out of memory, why have such a small C drive for the OS and then fill it with software, also the memory gets clogged with emails, you can't change drives. Oh yes phone crashes.
