Summary: This phone came with a xerox copy of part of the user manual, my first clue that I was in trouble. The battery life is nowhere near vendor claims, less than two days even when not in use, and the indicator goes from full to no charge within an hour or two. Next issue is that key pad markings for symbols do not coincide with the actual symbol you get when you press the key.
Pros: Looks good .In fact it was unique when I purchased . I asked my brother to get one for me from Dubai. But it was N97 big model. heavy. Initially I liked it but finally end up with ans - Not satisfied at all.
Cons: It's heavy and it hangs most of the time. It changes the screen type (vertical and horizontal) while typing something. It can't run long videos as it supposed to do that .
Summary: "the software freezes. the speaker phone mike to call receiver is so soft the reciever cannot hear the caller. antener reception dances around. all other parts of the phone good. in general a very poor phone.
Summary: "I am a huge fan of Nokia and recommend their phones as the best to everyone I know, but stay away from this phone. I have owned Nokia phones exclusively since 1994. Everything from the 2128 to my latest N95 and now the N97. I was super excited about this phone when I first got it but now may never buy another Nokia again.
Summary: "Avoid this phone. Again a Nokia fan, but this one is the pits, apps crash, runs out of memory, why have such a small C drive for the OS and then fill it with software, also the memory gets clogged with emails, you can't change drives. Oh yes phone crashes. Did a factory reset which did improve the memory.
Summary: "Ever since Nokia realeased the N series phones they have gone seriously down hill with the exception of the n95 8gb.This phone is RUBBISH! Like others on this page i am a bit of a Nokia dude after loving the N95 i thought the n97 would be mega! Wrong, i have owned the phone for 6 months or so and cant wait to get rid! roll on Dec 2011!
