Excerpt: Crash and close my apps on its own when run out of memory. Often when i want to check photos, it close everything to have photo open. Open websites slowly. can't turn camera sound off. Too expensive for its quality.
Overall a brilliant phone, and certainly good value for money!

Summary: This phone is by far the best I have had. I had a Sony Ericsson Vivaz before it, and that was the most annoying phone I could imagine. But this is soo much easier to use, with the QWERTY keyboard, and the touchscreen, which is very easy to use, and very responsive. The thing I like about this phone is the keyboard, it is much easier to use than a touchscreen one, which most phones are nowadays.
Summary: This phone is very rock solid, beefed up and it looks like it can take some beatings. The symbian interface is nice and buttery smooth. The camera is very good and so is the battery life too as well. I like how it slides to expose the keyboard and the keys are easy to use. Wish it had a 4 row keys. Great phone and I highly recommend it.
Classic Nokia Phone. Mainly for big texters like me. Nothing new with N97.

Summary: The Nokia N97 is a good phone overall. I just think the respond of the touch screen phone is kinda slow. Moreover the lock screen is not very accurate and you can get lost in different screens if your multi tasking and need something fast. I love the keyboard, am a big texter and thats mainly why i bought this phone. The camera is ok with 5 MP. The user interface is plain and refers to the same look Nokia keeps applying on their phones.
You get what you pay for. Satisfactory item from Nokia.

Summary: I bought this product due to the slim frame and the nice looks, the modern functionality and the fact that my friend swore by his. I fell in love with this phone online, but when I held mine in my hand for the first time I was slightly disappointed. I wished I had chosen the iPhone, for just a little more money. I disliked the distance between the edge of the top screen and the top line of buttons, which made typing with a case on very difficult.
Excerpt: As my first touch phone, the N97 was quite a big leap for me. I bought the device when it first came out here back in August 2009, and in the beginning it was quite a raw device, with no kinetic scrolling and virtually no free ROM. After two quick Firmware updates though, it became a great deal...
