Excerpt: Clearly hoping to capitalize on the success of the N95, Nokia's upgraded it to 8GB. Frankly there's little sense in reviewing the phone from scratch as it's similar to its predecessor in a lot of ways, and much has been written about the earlier model. Tech2.0 had reviewed it too , so here we shall concentrate on what's new in the 8GB version.
Excerpt: We played around with the Nokia N95 (exclusively from Rogers Wireless) for a couple days and thought we would show you some highlights of this device. Although we didn’t focus on the standard phone details such as text, contacts, calendar etc.. you will see that the N95 is a gem and comes loaded with a 5 megapixel camera that can take wicked pictures and videos.
Excerpt: On Nokia’s site we can find profiles of Nokia N95 smartphone with 8GB of memory onboard. Some sources add that the model will come in black shell and be positioned as the music solution. Probably there won’t be other distinctions from the original model.
Summary: At a price of Rs 27,299 (MRP), the N85 8 GB is certainly expensive, but it's a lot of phone for the price. We did not like the flawed menu pad and joypad; we didn't really care for the OLED screen and this phone should have had at least a 2.8-inch display. Other than that there's very little to nitpick about. It's very well built and very compact for the features; and the price is certain to fall in a couple of months' time.

Conclusion: Nokia did the seemingly impossible, it improved an already 'perfect' smartphone. The N95 8GB is one of the finest do-it-all handsets on the planet.
Pros: iPhone schmiphone! If you want a multimedia mobile (that's not fruit-flavoured), get the N95 8GB. It's pretty much the same as the original except the bods at Nokia have given it a delicious 2.8-inch screen, has a far better battery, it's been painted black, so it's now slicker than the black bit of a killer whale. Nokia did a sterling job, too - the screen's stunningly crisp, the battery life has improved (35 hours extra standby time), and the phone's altogether zipp...
Cons: Some of the features have remained the same from the original N95 - HSDPA powered 3G, Wi-Fi, a cracking five-megapixel camera and GPS! That's not to say they're not good, we just needed to put something in the 'bad' section.
Excerpt: A new and improved version of Nokia's wildly successful N95 smart phone that, as its name suggests, comes with 8GB of memory. Is this just a simple memory upgrade or is it a better phone? What we like The N95 8GB doesn't really do anything that the N95 didn't - it does more of the same, only better. The N95 8GB’s screen is larger which makes a pleasing difference when watching films that you can store on the 8GB of internal memory.
