Great screen and sound quality, recommended for experienced users.

Summary: Wonderful phone. Battery lasts for 2 days or more for standard use. One of the last smartphones with full physical keyboard (and touchscreen). Contains many extra features, such as built-in FM transmitter and Infra-red (IR) transmitter. It's only limitation with app compatibility, once it runs linux maemo, it cannot natively run iOS or Android apps, but there are many options since all software for this phone is open code. Recommended for expert users.
Summary: "N 900 is the dogs dangly bits. Once you get used to the set up, it is easy. Internet is quite rapid compared to other phones I have had in the past. I prefer the weight of it, you know you have something in your hand. Quite robust as well, it fell out of my pocket onto concrete about 4ft, replaced the battery and started up no problems. Had it 3 months and the only issue I have had is with the rest of my family stealing it to use on internet or games.
Summary: "I like to listen to my songs [5200 last count] as I'm driving along with my phone's SatNav guiding. Phone rings. music stops, I talk hands-free, call finishes, music resumes. I can be on the internet in less than 10 seconds. 48GB memory. Not sure the Iphone 1, 2, 3 or 4 can say the same.
Summary: "For last 3 years I was using Blakberry Curve and I use it very roughly . Last week i brought the N900 even though mind was for going for Blackberry bold . I find the operation of N900 very complicated and hope it will ease out as i get used to the device. But Internet is fast , but the audio quality is very poor and the speaker phone is hardly of any use while driving. Due to the larger size it is not easy to handle while driving .
Summary: Nokia N900 has to be one of the best cell phones ever. I bought one of these over ebay a few years ago the bad part was i ended up buying it and the keypad on the phone was a french model. My advice to anyone buying these over ebay is contact the seller before buying it! Make sure it has a US or a keypad in your language mostly i've only seen US versions on ebay but some sellers are selling models that are french so becareful!
Summary: Upgraded from E90 as I prefer physical keyboard. Here the combination of touch screen and physical keyboard is great. Pros:open system with debian internals, a lot of personification possibilities, pocket computer, overclocking Cons: low battery life, lack of polish of the phone functions, no 802.11n support. It is remarkable that 2009 device is still usable in 2013.
There is no better phone at this price point, and maybe never will be.

Summary: IS there anything this phone can't do? Video-calling, TV remote control, TV-out, external keyboard and mouse support, one-touch CPU speed overclocking, FM radio and FM transmitter, HACK WIRELESS NETWORKS (load packet injection drivers), Dual boot to android, Pedometer/accelerometer. I thought that since it was MEEGO OS, and there are almost no phones running that OS that it would be lacking apps.
Summary: I bought this a few months ago in 2013. Yes I just said 2013. I liked it because I can use it without data (AT&T data is too expensive). It was a bit clunky but it is still an amazing phone with a great OS. I can proudly say it still outdoes some androids now. I wish it had more apps but it still has a broad selection. Even simple things like a facebook app or youtube app(I found both but they don't work) don't exist but I'm not going to complain.
Summary: very nice and simple phone. Great display and easy to use. Quick internet and wifi access. Its more like a small laptop, you can easyli change display and icons there (shortcuts). Display resolution is very good for me. More languaes for this phone will be better, its the only drawback for n900, if you live in small country. But english will do everything if you know it.
