Summary: I really enjoyed my N85, but they break easy. I tripped over the charging cord, didn't break the cord, but I broke the mini usb in the phone. My fault, but the exact thing happen with other phones, no problem.
Summary: When i first saw the n85 it appeared to be an n-series with the same integrety as for example the n95 but was deeply wrong. The o.s. Is still great as the n96 but the build is substandard as if not much thought was put in it. I still like the device after making some minor corrections to the key mat just below the screen which was attached with insufficient glue thus making it slide off or peel off. Once applying more glue to the neccessary areas it is back to normal.
Summary: I've been wanting one of these phones (or other similar models) ever since it came out. Since it was pretty expensive at the beginning, I waited, when I finally had it in my hands this Christmas I was not impressed. Don't get me wrong, it's a good phone--very fast at processing, duel sliding, well finished exterior, EXCELLENT camera (something I wish to have on my iPhone), and clear calls.
Excerpt: I bought this phone from a different country than my home country, so I didn't get any international warranties. And like a couple of reviews have already listed a problem....I face the same. The phone keeps rebooting all by itself whenever playing games, taking videos/pictures, watching videos/pictures, playing music, and playing the radio.
