Summary: Although the camera was great quality and overall operation was very fast... the lack of an microSD card slot was quite crutial since my phone died in barely over a month of the phone activation. I disliked that the map software then loaded another software for the actual GPS use, and call recording software is not supported. Also while trying to email files I had to keep searching through apps to find one that supported locating files saved within the root directories.
Summary: The Lumia 920 per se is a great phone. Although of course there are other new Lumias out there that are better. The point is that this particular purchase relates to a Lumia which was an AT&T. It's an unlocked phone, yes, but the package is AT&T branded, the device as an AT&T logo on top left and when you launch it the first time it installs all the AT&T apps (that maybe you don't wanna have). The seller should be clear on that.
Summary: Had 2 brand new 920's in the past year. First one had camera problems- could not take any pictures after 6 months. Nokia replaced my phone (not repairable). Second phone developed a different problem after one month: the screen does not rotate to horizontal image when the phone is turned (works OK on YouTube videos). I narrowed the problem down to a faulty gyroscope (x-axis is locked).
Summary: My son was so excited to get this, he loved the look and feel of the phone, and for the first week or so it worked great. Then the problems started. The volume button got permanently stuck, and this not only caused him not to be able to listen to music, but also muted the phone completely so he could not hear the other person talking (they could hear him though). We researched this problem and apparently it is very common with this model.
Summary: Received package today, this is not a new phone instead the seal is broken and all dirty. Please mention before buying its open/used piece. Not sure if this is a refurbished. It doesn't have headphones too.
