Summary: Had 2 brand new 920's in the past year. First one had camera problems- could not take any pictures after 6 months. Nokia replaced my phone (not repairable). Second phone developed a different problem after one month: the screen does not rotate to horizontal image when the phone is turned (works OK on YouTube videos). I narrowed the problem down to a faulty gyroscope (x-axis is locked).
Summary: My son was so excited to get this, he loved the look and feel of the phone, and for the first week or so it worked great. Then the problems started. The volume button got permanently stuck, and this not only caused him not to be able to listen to music, but also muted the phone completely so he could not hear the other person talking (they could hear him though). We researched this problem and apparently it is very common with this model.
Summary: Received package today, this is not a new phone instead the seal is broken and all dirty. Please mention before buying its open/used piece. Not sure if this is a refurbished. It doesn't have headphones too.
Summary: bought it for myself. pros: good screen size/display and camera; Nokia off-line map is a plus, but it is not as powerful as google map yet with data plan; Large icons are easy to use. cons: the biggest problem is the efficiency/battery duration. programs and games are rather limited, and some of them basically burn the phone very hot though you put them in the background; at least a couple of times the battery died arund 3 or 4 pm in the afternoon; recharging seems to be...
Summary: I loved the phone it was very cool and it had great features, but I had to return it a moth after I got it. The screen showed a vertical line of dead pixels. I researched it and it's a common problem with this model Lumia 920. The screen is gorgeous but have that problem. Other than that it's a great phone. 2 Stars since the screen failed.
