Summary: there's no question Windows 8 Phone/mobile is an outstanding OS that seamlessly and effortlessly connects you, to well, just about everything, but especially all you cloud stuff, OneNote, Lync, Office 365, SkyDrive, Outlook and Gmail calendars and a bunch of other stuff. The display is great and the phone is powerful. BUT (and its a big but)... What possible good is a "mobile" phone that can't last for more than a handful of hours without charging?
Summary: I have purchased Nokia Lumia 920 from this seller around 4 months back, it seems to be fine till 2 weeks back. Suddenly touch of phone become unresponsive, when I contacted nokia for repair, they said it is not warranted in US and they can't repair it. When I contacted this seller, I didn't get any reply. They are selling the products that are not intended to be sold US market.
Summary: This is not a new phone，is a renew phone，I checked the IMEI in NOKIA official web，but I find it out of Warranty.what's worse，The software in a now phone has update in different date， so I think it must be a renew phone
Phone has no warranty in the US, acording to Nokia!
25 September 2013
Summary: We purchased this phone in May 2013 (Nokia Lumia 920 Black Factory Unlocked 32GB phone 4G LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 - RM-821, Sold by WorldWide Distributors in Amazon.com). The phone stopped working September 2013 with the infamous "spinning gears" problems. We try sending it to Nokia for repair, but after providing Nokia the Serial number (IMEI) we have been told that the phone is "Out of warranty in the US".
Summary: Do not waste time nor money: this phone is not new, and it is not unlocked, it is an AT&T phone (identified with the AT&T logo on the phone surface and with AT&T apps installed on the phone). The seller sold me a locked and used phone (previous wi-fi networks were saved, for example) and the page said it was a new and unlocked phone. Obviously a fraud. Also, the phone came without earplugs (which is the regular equipment) and with a generic charger, not the Nokia one.
Summary: I bought this as a gift for my brother. Since it was a gift, I particularly intend to buy unlocked one. However, it was huge disappointment because of AT&T sign on the phone. If you are providing unlocked cellphones, why selling at&t version of them. To me, it is kind of SCAM.
Summary: I am on my 4th warranty replacement, Every other month the power/lock button stops working and eventually the other buttons start going. The screen gets random phantom fingers where it just starts going nuts like someone is rubbing their fingers all over it even when it is sitting with nothing near it. the flash frequently dies.
Summary: Though i contacted the seller prior to purchase and made sure that he knew that i wanted the RM-821 factory unlocked , what i recived was a software unlocked RM-821 (the phone comes from the far East , my guess is Tiwan). By the time the phone started acting up , it was too late , i filed a complain and it was rejected by the seller , then i filed and A-Z gurantee claim and it was rejected by Amazon.
Summary: I got this phone and it was great and was amazing with my win8 desktop and tablet. 1 week after purchase the touch screen quit working. took it to a repair center and they said the motherboard had melted because of over use, which equates to about an hour of reading documents online, etc.
Summary: IT IS NOT USA phone. Nokia-USA WOUND'T honor the warranty. My phone lost signal after 4 months of use. Contact seller, seller sent me to Nokia. After a lengthily chat with Nokia, Nokia rep informed me that my Nokia 920 IS NOT an US variant and NOT under USA warranty. Now I don't know what to do with my DEAD phone!!!???
