Summary: there's no question Windows 8 Phone/mobile is an outstanding OS that seamlessly and effortlessly connects you, to well, just about everything, but especially all you cloud stuff, OneNote, Lync, Office 365, SkyDrive, Outlook and Gmail calendars and a bunch of other stuff. The display is great and the phone is powerful. BUT (and its a big but)... What possible good is a "mobile" phone that can't last for more than a handful of hours without charging?
Summary: I am on my 4th warranty replacement, Every other month the power/lock button stops working and eventually the other buttons start going. The screen gets random phantom fingers where it just starts going nuts like someone is rubbing their fingers all over it even when it is sitting with nothing near it. the flash frequently dies.
Excerpt: If you want to messed up your life then go for windows 8 phone I think people saying it’s a great phone either upgrading from basic phone or a hardcore fan of Nokia or most probably NOKIA or Microsoft marketing people as most of Indians are or never experienced high end Android and Iphone.
Summary: I bought the phone 2 days ago. The phone looks nice even though heavier that I would like. I bought because I like the WP operating system which is fluid and beautiful. However, what good is the phone if battery lasts only 2 hrs. I turned off data through cellular and WiFi, but the battery drained 48% in one hour and the status was that it will last another hours. Practically, the phone is useless. I going to return it.
Summary: My husband and I bought the Lumia 900 originally. I cracked my screen really badly so it was replaced with this one. It's a nice idea but the phone is junk. Had it less than a month. Dropped it on hard carpet like at a dr.s office and it chipped the screen. Dropped it again short height and it cracked the screen. I've had at tons of phones that I've drpped o numerous occasions and they've barely scratched. But the Nokia Lumia's crack the screens in almost any fall.
