Summary: Even though the phone was used and all you could of said the phone screen pops out and the phone system is REALLY SLOW. But I guess it's what you pay for, except those two points popped screen and slow phone system.
Better to buy a low tier new phone than a mid-high tier old phone with outdated software.

Summary: Nokia is known for making good reliable phones, but this one was an exception, bought it for my brother and the microphone broke after 6 months of use. For potential buyers, I don't recommend buying an old windows phone device, for the price I would get a Moto E, it's fantastic what Motorola (with google's help) has done with the X, G and E.
Summary: My previous Lumia had a lot more apps, features, and options than the 9000. I can't make the apps bigger or smaller -- they're all one size on the home screen. My previous hone let me completely customize the home screen... There is no spot for a micro SD card, and I can't get on the internet like I used to unless I'm really close to Wi-Fi. This phone definitely did not meet my expectations. I used to rave about my first Lumia.
Summary: When I first got this phone I was really excited after hearing so many good things about it and all the nice features it has. However it's had a lot of problems and the store I bought it from on Amazon made it out to be a product made for the U.S. but it wasn't. As such there was no warranty on my phone and when it started having a lot of problems I had to return it.
Summary: Phone is nice but it is not factory unlocked and I have a lot of problems to have data connection stable in ArgentIna, sometimes work, sometimes do not, then great for who have not a data plan and use wifi but if you one all benefits of the phone take care !!!!!!
