Summary: I received an ATT branded version, looks like new but here's the thing. Power button and volume buttons are not working, they look like they're stuck or just fixed. When you press them, they feel like it's a fixed plastic piece and not a button.
Summary: This is really not an unlocked phone. It looks like the AT&T locked phone is unlocked by the code and delivered. It still has AT&T default apps which you see in the locked phones. I contacted Ross Cellular on this, they replied that this model is AT&T branded, so you will have all those apps.
Its a great phone if you get one that is in operating condition.

Summary: The Nokia Lumia 820 could be a fantastic phone but the first one I received did not work correctly. The microphone did not work, so phone conversations had to be done with the headset. I received a replacement and that one does not recognize the SD card. I have to send that one back too.
Summary: I was sold a used phone for the price of a new one.... The phone was advertised having five LTE bands, also factory unlocked.....Not true.... The phone was a AT&T branded phone.... I am mot a happy camper....
Summary: Map Navigator is not working properly. Can not connect two points between CF and San Francisco. If you turn on the map, then as the traffic on Highway 101 is missing a large piece of map. Inconvenient camera button, each time switch to "search." You can not send MMS.
Summary: Don't buy the phone. It's pretty and will tempt you. But it is inconsistent. I'm very frustrated as to why some pictures I take can be attached to emails or uploaded onto SkyDrive and the others cannot leave the phone.
Pros: This phone gets the basics right. Texting is easy. Phonebook easily organizes your data in one spot. Call quality is good. Start screen with live tiles is good looking and interesting. Internet browsing is satisfactory and plenty of basic apps.
Cons: I bought this phone for the 64gb card slot. I wanted room for songs and pictures to interact with Facebook and be entertained on my long commute. Half of my pictures can't leave the phone and half of my music won't play. Error messages aren't helpful
Summary: Sadly I used it for less than 1 month. It fell from a table and that was the end of it. Have used Nokia phones for the last 15 years, I knew them to be robust as none was ever damaged by a fall. This was one big disappointment.
Summary: Bought this phone for my son - he was really enjoying using it but here we are seven months later with a dodgy display, the phone has been sent away once and came back 'fixed' on warranty but it isn't so has to go away again. Not the quality you would expect when paying nearly £200
