Summary: First off, this product was advertised as if it was a new item, but it is a used phone, and this was locked to the At&t network, as the product description says this is an unlocked phone, however it is not, I had to go to AT & T's website to get this unlocked.
Summary: As background - I previously had a Lumia 521 and it met all my needs - which are mainly texting, an occasional phone call, checking emails, and every once in awhile checking something on the internet.
Summary: I've had this phone for almost a year now. I love the live tiles. And the phone usually works smoothly and fast. I am disappointed at how quickly the battery dies. Sometimes it only lasts about 20 minutes before the phone shuts down on a full charge. It's also getting difficult to charge.
Summary: I received an ATT branded version, looks like new but here's the thing. Power button and volume buttons are not working, they look like they're stuck or just fixed. When you press them, they feel like it's a fixed plastic piece and not a button.
Good performer, low cost. One of the better purchases we have made.

Summary: I purchased this phone to replace a Lumia 530 for my wife. i simply pulled the Sim Card and SD out of her 530 and installed it into her 820 and within a couple of minutes adjusting setting and such it was up and running.
