Summary: Though I ordered for an UNLOCKED phone, It was locked to AT & T network which was quite disappointing. Amazon did not sort out the issue, other than sending a return label. I was outside US, needed the unlock code badly, so I contacted the seller Myparana directly and they got me the code in a couple of days. Phone as such is awesome, voice quality is good, internet connectivity works great, camera is good, screen resolution is nice.
Summary: On Monday, July 7, 2014, I received the phone NOKIA LUMIA 820, you put the sim card and use it normally, after a while it felt hot, on Tuesday night the battery was discharged and proceeded to load it, it worked normally but the returned two hours to heat up and after a while I turn off completely, I decided to reload and battery was completely empty, once loaded normally worked until Thursday morning and again trailed off as he would not turn over.
Summary: So far the phone has been quite dependable. It has a lot of great features for a minimal cost (some features even better than my friends who have iPhones. Battery life is a little disappointing. I usually have to plug it in again during the day, and I do rarely use the internet (wifi). I have made sure not to leave on any battery drainers. So that would be my only complaint about this phone.
Summary: The windows operating system is not the greatest and the battery did not last very long ................................................................................................................................................................................
Summary: The Nokia Lumia 820 windows phone is very nice and easy to operate. We have it connected to the Straight Talk System and it works good everywhere. It also gets a good signal in places that her old phone couldn't. The Windows system is very easy to operate and does everything that a smart phone can do. This is the third Windows smart phone in the family and we would recommend them to anyone that is considering a smart phone. We have the Nokia Lumia 928 820 and 822.
Summary: good phone, the right size on your palm, very light and easy to use os,no unnecessary apps like my old android os.the charge doesnt last very long though, and the os still lacks a few important tweaks.

Summary: This is my first Windows phone, however not my first Nokia. I was sold on the removable battery and expandable memory. So I added a 16GB microSD (max 64GB). As with all Nokias, call quality is very good. The operating system is much easier to use than on the Symbian phones. It is very easy to turn on the WIFI and Bluetooth and their operation is great. Same goes with Nokia navigation and GPS. Software updates work well and the availability of apps is impressive.
Summary: WP8 is a really intuitive phone to use. The Nokia 820 is built very well. Pros, excellent build, great camera, fast and smooth when changing apps and screens. Cons, battery runs out within a day, buy a second battery and wall charger. If you couldn't care less about having the "cool" phones your mates have, go with Windows Phone. It is a far more productive tool, rather than a toy.
