Summary: I ordered this cellphone and it wasnt unlocked, it request a code when I insert the simcard. Also, the battery or the charger doesnt work!!!, so i dont even know if the phone itself works. I live outside the US and the cellphone came to me to late to do a formal complaint, so I seriusly dont recommend buy from this seller.
Summary: Windows Phone 8 was not the OS for me. I switched back to iOS after having this phone. Not being able to control the applications/OS Updates on the phone via a desktop client was a big draw back.
Pros: When this phone is working, it's great for the price. Good camera, good OS, good size and functionality.
Cons: As another reviewer stated, the buttons will inevitably stop working. And when they stop working, Nokia can't fix them but will repeatedly charge you for 'repairs'. 7 weeks and counting with this phone in 'repairs' since I bought it 9 months ago.
Summary: I love Nokia, and windows 8 is great too. But there's one single detail that made me regret this purchase: unlocked windows phones do not seem to come with "data sense", which is the only way to measure and control data usage. Another minor things were that the phone was not configured with english as default language and the charger has the UK plug (though it comes with an adapter).
Summary: I bought this phone with high expectation but sadly it failed to live up to that. To start with, the phone is extremely flimsy. To insert the micro SIM card, you need to take a tray out, by pulling an attached sticker! If you can’t slot the tray properly, the phone will restart of its own frequently (web search proved this). If failed to recognize few memory cards I tried. In fact, after few attempts, the card slot cover refused to slot into place!
Summary: Though I like the features but I have having following issues: 1. It hangs too often. The only option I have is to remove and reinsert the battery which is frustrating. I end up missing some calls as well. 2. Battery life is very poor. 3. sometimes the touch does not work.. 4. For receiving calls, I first have to press the lock button twice then only accept/ignore buttons are enabled..
Summary: The phone itself is probably ok, but how can i tell?. The Ms windows software is absolutely pathetic, very poorly thought out. Additionally it appars to be designed to get more money out of the user for more crappy software. If I'd known I'd have bought something far cheaper and simpler.
