Excerpt: Think Before Buying and at last dont buy even if you plan to buy.. It is not at all smart phone. Not even smarter than Nokia Basic set-1110 or other... waste of money.. 100% you will get frustrated as i have asked many people now who are using Nokia Lumia 620 and who has same feeling on this mobile. I heard that Nokia is paying more to Delear for selling Nokia Lumia..
Phone broke after 2 months. If seller is Fonz-mania they won't help you.
1 February 2014
Summary: Poorly manufactured phone that stopped working after 2 months of use. No damage and was never dropped. Fonz-mania the merchant direct you to contact Nokia as still under warranty. Sent off to Nokia who sent it back in a huge box with no packaging and no description of the fault. They said it had been dropped and as such out of warranty. Went to a phone technician who found easily there was a faulty connection with the phone but said only Nokia had the part to replace.
Excerpt: I've had this phone now nearly a year and I've had to send it do repairs for so many different things i.e the little buttons on the side fall out and muck up the phone, the screen brakes easily, the motherboard ( the main thing that powers it all) has been broken and many more things.i think the only good things about this phone is the camera and some of the apps, other than that is a naff phone.
Summary: Phone itself great. Small, solid hardware, nice screen, responsive touch. Call quality and loudness sublime- better than iphone. Battery saw me through a day of steady use, two days of light use. However, when outside and cold the touch screen becomes useless. It will suddenly be able to detect your finger even when it is about a centimetre away from the screen, so as you move your thumb to touch another key, it will select all keys in your path.
Summary: So bad that I am considering ditching the phone completely and return to my Blackberry. Cannot use the SIM again because of the need to chop it down to a size to fit the holder. Nokia produced the best telephone that I ever owned (12 years ago) to the worst Smartphone ever encountered.
