Summary: OK, bought this for my son for Christmas. We have Nokia 635s (through Target)on the BrightSpot plan, and they have been well worth the money. This one arrived just fine, and set up ok (except that some of the words are in eastern syllabics rather than in the English alphabet). But soon, it started having troubles. At first, it took 3 or 4 tries to download updates but they did download. Now they won't install, and take forever to even get them queue'd up.
ended up buying a great new lg f60 from Metropc for about $10 more ...

Summary: Obviously a USED phone with previous information and virus within. ...Finally took it to metropc store who stated it had major problem within it. HELLO.... this was junk..... ended up buying a great new lg f60 from Metropc for about $10 more than this junk.
Summary: Phone arrived without a SIM card. Drove to Metro PCS store to buy card and activate phone and was told they could not activate the phone because the S/N was already in their system. Total waste of time.
Summary: The condition of this phone was great and it arrived ahead of expected arrival date. However I do not like this phone at all. I have never had a Windows Phone and I will never have a Windows Phone again. I can not access half of the apps that I used to have. The internet does not work like it should. The background becomes black and you can only see half of the data on the page you are trying to view.
Summary: Terrible phone/seller. There was someone else photos on this supposedly new phone. The date n time was wrong set to 2013 and had to change manually. Need to create a Hotmail acct to download app.
Summary: I'm sorry for this terrible review because the delivery itself went smoothly and the phone was packaged properly. The main problem however is that the phone DID NOT WORK (sorry for the caps...but the emphasis was necessary)! We plugged in the battery, waited for it to charge and nothing happened. We even looked online for a better version of the manual, since the one provided was very skimpy and so tiny that one needed a magnifying glass to even read it.
