Summary: Nokia Lumia 520 would be a good. But did not liked the one I get as the brightness of the front panel is not good. Cannot turn off the chinese characters from the keyborad... Had lot of issues.
Summary: I don't like the fact that im using this on straight talk network and it dials voicemail to different state. It constantly disconnects internet mms and calls. Lack of apps or charging $$ money apps kills me. Also the spotify app which worked flawless on my androids crashing/lockup. I will not be purchasing another windows phone due to this shameful product.
Summary: If this phone ran the android or iphone OS, it would be a good quality phone for the price. As is, it is a windows phone, and having bought this phone, I could never recommend anyone buy a windows phone. The app store is a joke. Even the best games have all the complexity of snake on the tracphone I had 10 years ago. Basic apps like instagram and snapchat are nowhere to be found. Good luck finding your bank's app.
Pros: battery , appearance
Cons: operating system , complete dearth of apps , ease of use
Summary: Ordered this phone as an upgrade from my old one that was playing up. only to find when opened it that it only takes a Micro SIM, which my SIM isn't. I know you can go to local store to get the SIM cropped (apparently they keep a cutter to do this),but have had problems with phones over the years & didn't want to shrink my SIM that wouldn't then fit any of my old phones should I need to use one as a backup if this phone failed for any reason.
Pros: nice looking, on/off button stopped working, no front camera
Summary: Had this phone before Christmas and still can't figure out how to access e-mail. It took ages to find out how to send texts or even how to phone. Why is it not more simple to use? Think I'll revert to my non smartphone!
Summary: I can't believe that this site rated this phone a 4 Star. It was on that recommendation that I chose it over the Acer Liquid. I should have gone with my gut feeling. The only reason I upgraded was because my old phone had a tiny 250mb internal memory. But after using the Nokia Lumia 520 for nearly a month, I've come to the conclusion that this is a fancy camera (without a very necessary flash) build round a phone , and they've forgotten about the music part.
Pros: Clear sound, Nice Windows Presentation. Viewing documents is clear
Cons: Rotton for music, can't download from PC easily. No light for camera.
