Excerpt: My reasons for purchasing the 1520 were: 1) stay in the MS ecosphere, 2) readable display, 3) overall performance. This phablet delivers in every respect. As a tablet, it allows me to present to clients in a close, intimate setting over coffee. Built-in speaker, camera perform great. Extremely convenient for note-taking and all the "on the fly" functions needed from a handheld device.
Excerpt: I did lots of research before deciding on this phone. It has everything I could want or need. I only used iPhones up until this point, and I am sorry that I didn't change sooner! The camera is amazing, the screen size phenomenal, call quality is clear and every body has commented on being able to hear me better than ever. This was one of the issues I had with the last iPhone, no one could hear me.
Excerpt: I am an older guy so I more use my phones for work, e-mails, even work texting. I am not any kind of mobile operating platform fanboy. I have had a couple of i-phones way back, Android phones several times, and I was one of the first to dive into Windows Phone using a Dell Venue Pro I think it was called. Even back then, I was very impressed with how fluid Windows phone felt, Love how you can neven pin ONE favorite radio station JUST for example etc.
Pros: Battery Life, Build Quality, Call Quality, screen looks great, Silky Operation And Fast

Cons: Bit Dofficult To Hold, Not Ideal For Pockets
Excerpt: Bought this for our college age daughter who has Windows 8.1 on her laptop. Since it was unlocked, she was able to choose her service provider (T-Mobile). Literally within seconds of service activation she had synced with all her Microsoft account information and was rolling. Bought the wireless charger, too, which is really fantastic and works very well. It IS big, as we knew before ordering, and there is a lot of glass to break.
Pros: Beautiful screen, Large screen, Massive Capability, Terrific Camera, Unlocked, Zero Operational Issues
Excerpt: As a past (2004-2010) user of NOKIA phones, one can always count on exceptional build quality and ergonomics however when the samsung and iphone phones came out people (including myself) went to the latter for smartphones. After owning both an IPhone5s and a Note 3, i was displeased with what APple and samsung had to offer. I decided to give Windows OS and Nokia another shot and I couldnt be happier.

You will find 1520's on other online sites but in most every instance they are selling the 1520 built for Asia and other international markets.
