Windows phone OS not what it's cracked up to be...

Summary: Nokia 1020 is a beautiful phone in form and mostly in function as most reviews by "professionals" and buyers are quick to say. If I was reviewing solely on Nokia it would be a 4.5 or 5 star review. Although some heavy cell phone users (using it for games, TV, etc.) might complain about the battery not being accessible, battery life for us normal people is decent.
Summary: First of all, the phone is well built, and very response with Windows phone 8 OS. Also... It has the best camera in the market. I was amazed with it. However, the the battery is horrible... It dies fast. Also, the cellphone's GPS is by far the worst of all platforms. It takes a while to set directions to a place to another. And On walking mode, all the time it request to calibrate the GPS, making you to move the lumia in the 8 sign.
Summary: I would like to give the phone a 5star rating (which I do personally), however the description of the phone in question shows that it works on US LTE bands and it doesn't. So while the phone itself gets a 5 star the seller (FSG) is causing the 3 star rating. Unfortunately it looks as if the description for this phone on the website is a mish-mash of the RM-875 and the RM-877.
Summary: Im looking at mine right now.. And it wont turn on, yesterday it wouldnt unlock. I have to close out the terrible apps over and over again to get them to work. The Bluetooth is spotty and wont stay connected. I seriously regret buying this phone. Its cool and all. But a real pain in the behind.
Summary: I recently switched from my iPhone to the Nokia 1020, so I had a lot of expectations. My first impressions were that this phone is amazing; camera is great like REALLY GREAT, OS is pretty, and most of all, the social network integrations are great. But once you familiarize yourself with the phone, you realize that this phone could be so much better.
Pros: screen , camera is awesome! , social media intergration , design
Summary: Windows ease of operation is ideal for my lifestyle and I have been using this operating system for over two years now, however, this particular phone, although the picture quality is beyond excellent, is very delicate. I dropped it from a lawn chair, approx. 4-5 inches. The phone fell on it's screen and shattered on one corner and cracked across the phone. Two days later, the phone would no longer power up.
Pros: windows ease of operation , amazing camera captures beautiful pictures
Summary: This phone is for usual things to use in any old, typical phone . and it also devoted for people who love photographing
Pros: The camera in this phone is what really destroyed all others. good battery life, slim design, easy to grip and hold, rich video and audio recording, amazing performance, turned-off clock
Cons: The system, ohhhhh it really sucks to have a windows phone with the limited options and the small app store this system is the worst system, yet. the multitasking is good but comparing it to the monsters (iphone5-galaxy s4-LG G2) it's not good
Excerpt: Hugely disappointed, was so excited when I upgraded! Not even had it two months and the camera has stopped working which is the main reason I got the phone and the fact that it would be compatible with my Windows tablet. So disappointed, because the design and everything is great, but the feature that is suppose to be outstanding isn't.
Windows 8 ruined Nokia, great camera/apps, basics eg. calendar unusable

Summary: I bought the product as have always had Nokia's and loved them. They're tough, easy to use and have all the features i want usually. Disappointed with this model. It's fun to use and camera's and social media apps are great, those features are fine but Windows 8 has ruined Nokia for me. I use my calendar for essential reminders, it's a pain to set and will not show up on my front screen so is useless for reminding me of anything.
