Cool looking phone + short life span = not worth investment
11 January 2012
Summary: I received this phone almost exactly 2 years ago. Love the phone itself. The keys are flat, which can make texting tricky, but I didn't mind that. I liked how thin the phone is. I like the display that is shown on the outside of the phone, but never thought the scrolling through text features worked very well that way. About a year after I received it the battery life significantly decreased.
Excerpt: I am on my third phone now. The phone is sexy and cute, but it simply does NOT work. It freezes often, especially when making more than one call in a row using a headset. Since I only use headsets with my cell phones, this is indeed a problem. Verizon is not much help. Except for replacing the phones they have yet to FIX it. Even with hours on the land line phone with tech support, it still doesn't work. Nokia was even worse.
Excerpt: I agree that the phone is pretty. Even the inside is pretty cute, but the quality...i didn't expect this from Nokia. I've had this phone for 3.5 months and it broke already twice. The first time the screen started gong blank and now it broke from the charging point and its unfixable. If u want a quality phone don't get this. Even the battery life sucks. Stay away from this phone.
