Excerpt: Access to product upgrades are one of the perks of being in the tech industry. If you've come across a great product, you can't wait to see what the company’s going to come up with next. For instance, Nokia's E61 and then the E62 made Symbian a force to reckon with in the business world, and the upgraded and slimmer E61i with a 2MP camera took it a step further. And now the E71 is here. This time Nokia's gone beyond a step – it's a big leap, in fact.
Excerpt: Possibly one of the most attractive Nokia phones to have come out of Finland, the Nokia E71 combines solid features with a Qwerty keypad. What we like From the moment we took the E71 out of its box we were impressed by how attractive it is. The E71's slim metal casing looks great and feels robust, its screen is bright and its Qwerty keypad well designed. We would go as far as saying the E71 has one of the best Qwerty keypads we’ve ever used.
Conclusion: When we first saw the E71 in person, we were shocked at its extreme good looks and thinness-- not something that happens often with a business smartphone phone. It's hard to find fault with this smartphone-- Nokia did an excellent job. Though we've harped on the camera, it's only because we have high expectations for Nokia phones-- we'll cut it (just a little) slack since the E71 is a business phone.
Summary: With its combination of excellent features and performance, matched with sleek design and its affordable price tag, Nokia's E71 manages to outshine recently released smartphones as our business phone of choice.
Pros: Slim design with full QWERTY keyboard, Feature-rich, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HSDPA and GPS, Voice, messaging and productivity tools are also strong, Excellent battery life
Cons: Display is on the small side, Keyboard is a little cramped
Excerpt: Nokia has announced a new QWERTY keyboard flagship model to its Eseries range of business handsets, but has the E71 got what it takes to make you want to get on board? We got emailing and working remotely to find out. Thin and incredibly compact, the metal encased E71 features HSDPA, Wi-Fi, a 3-megapixel camera, a full QWERTY keyboard and a large screen making this suited to business users keen to use the Symbian S60 interface.
Pros: HSDPA, 3.2 megapixels, email setup
Cons: "Mode Switching" a gimmick, emails hard to read
