See lessThere's a lot to like here, and the phone has been well-received in our offices. It's very good looking, extremely pocketable and slim. With WiFi and GPS, it's a Swiss Army Knife of a phone, and it's hard to beat S60 3rd Edition's speed, features and web browser among smartphones. Were it not for the so-so camera that looks so much better, and the weak RF by Nokia standards, we'd crank the star rating higher. Read more
As a smart phone the E66, like its predecessor, offers a portable alternative to the mostly bulky smart phones it competes against. We think the E71, with its excellent QWERTY keyboard and improved battery life, is a better option overall, but the matching productivity tools on these phones does mean that if you prefer a T9 numeric pad you won't be losing any functionality. In the end, we’re pleased by the Nokia E66 and we like it, but we think that ladies would value it more than men would. To be honest, we prefer the E71, since it features a full QWERTY keyboard, which makes communication easier. Besides, it follows the same design philosophy and offers almost the same functionality. But this is, of course, our opinion and don’t forget that every person has different needs and taste. Read more
The smoked chrome accents and glass buttons on Nokia's newest business handset make you wonder what kind of business, exactly, the Finns had in mind when they designed the thing. Maybe this is the phone the high-class-escort set has been clamoring for. Working girls (and guys -- hey we're equal opportunity here) will certainly appreciate what we in the lab have taken to calling the "mullet button" (actual name: switch mode). This feature of the S60 refresh (3rd Edition,... Read more
At first glance, there isn’t too much chemistry between Nokia E66 and I. I learned to love the slider only after using it for a while and seeing how many things it can do and how good they're done. In case you're searching for a slider business phone, Nokia E66 is the best solution at the moment. If you hate sliders, then E71 can take E66's place with ease. Read more
Awesome phone, just got it and so hooked to it. So many many features and applications. Great phone all round. Read more
I have had a Motorola Razr V3xx for the last two years and loved every minute of it. Sure, I got the first one wet and it died instantly, but warranty services replaced it and I was ready to go again. I had dropped it numerous times and all I did was put the battery back in and put the cover on and it was still alive. Nevertheless, I brought my phone from the US to Guam and had it unlocked and bought a local plan, yet I cannot use the internet or instant messenger.... Read more
The phone is of no use if used regularly. Complicated systems. Poor volume. Difficult to access . Generally not good. Read more
A very good executive-looking, slim and classy slider. Had mine for more than 6 months, slide is still rock solid with occassional FLEX losing contacts with the LCD. Firmware updates improves over all performance and even camera picture quality.I never updated mine yet since the newer updates contain new bugs and didn't think it was worth the try yet since my old firmware never really gave me a problem. Bravo once again Nokia for producing another winner! I never thought I'd go for an E-series but this one has more to it than meet the eyes. It's a versatile phone you won't regret having. I'm not a touchscreen/qwerty fan so I got it and I'm lovin' it! Read more
