Summary: After only two weeks the phone will not turn on. The quality of this phone is not the same as the original E63. My wife still uses her's on a daily basis since 2009. We have never had any problems with the original. This build quality is not the same! China?
Summary: "I have had the nokia E63 for about 2 months. It is a good phone but I have made a mistake getting it and am now stuck with it for two years as the text size is so small i have to keep looking for my glasses to read it, and my eyes are not bad.
Summary: "I've had two of these phones within a six month period and both have crashed. The first one's screen display died and just showed black, the second one's internet facility completely failed after slowing down & 'freezing' for weeks. I think the phone is OK, it's 3's dreadful software that is the problem.
Just a terrible experience, i expect something back (money)

Summary: Jus a terrible experience and more terrible than that, a terrible product! It took a month for the product to get home, with no updates and no way to track the products. I got chinesse cell phones, they are not nokia original phones as the post says, now i have two cell phones that i can not use because the network wont work on them.
Summary: I have had this phone for over an year. This phone tries to be a what it's not meant to be.With such a small RAM and such a slow processor, this can barely handle three open applications before freezing and restarting. The symbian operating system is outdated and should be avoided at all costs!
Summary: This is, without doubt, the worst phone I have ever had. It likes to switch itself off while connected to the internet, the home screen shortcuts often do not work, and every now and again batches of my contacts will disappear, which Nokia support told me was MY fault for not. Apparently, I'm meant to 'back up' my contacts. I told them that when I save a contact, I expect it to be saved.
Two main reasons I would avoid this phone, and Nokia in general - Buy Android!

Summary: It was good to find a reasonably priced SIM-free phone with this capability, but I have two main problems with it that potential buyers should be warned about: (1) Nokia's support - The phone itself will pester you regularly when you buy it to sign up to Nokia's customer mailing list ("My Nokia"). It was annoying, but I couldn't stop it.
Summary: I ordered this item more than 1 month ago and now Amazon still cannot tell me when they will dispatch it. It's sold directly by Amazon and there is a big green line "In stock". Very disappointed.
Summary: I got this phone and was so exicted about it however once i turned it on. I really didnt like it every button tries to take you onto the net. The camera is awful pictures are fuzzy and very poor quality. Sound isnt very good either. To be honest i was so dissappointment with the phone i wanted to bin it straight away. Not found much to say about it. Not for me i have went back to using my LG Viewty while this sits in my room collecting dust. Dont bother with it.
