Summary: The worst phone I've had. The user interface is particularly unfriendly. It's very difficult to find even the most basic settings. It's impossible to switch off roaming abroad so I received a large bill for internet usage abroad, which I hadn't wanted and had not initiated. Nokia help was useless. I was told I had to call them each time I travelled to switch off roaming. E-mail doesn't work properly. It will receive incoming e-mails but won't send replies.

Summary: ok where to start, sounds and looks like a great handset.. everything it says it does sounds great...however...... everything it says it does it actually doesn't do at all, I charged it for 16 hours and the battery lasted a maximum of 55 minutes (without even talking on it), it has several email features built in of which none of them work successfully without Nokia mail trying to pervert the course of the inbuilt applications from loading properly, once you have...
Summary: I have no idea what this phone is like,because I had to return it. Was very disappointed to receive this "sim free" phone which was actually locked by Orange and unusable on any other sim. Upon calling Amazon was informed that the this was something the manufacturers would be able to assist. After contacting Nokia, they said there was nothing they could do as the unlock code is with the mobile operator.
Summary: I bought this phone from a Nokia store but it failed after only 3 months - it refused to turn on. I have since found out this is a very common fault and is widely reported across the web forums. Since buying the phone, the Nokia store was closed and so I have been trying to get this resolved with Nokia directly for the last 2 months. I cant list the number of ridiculous things I've heard from the firm Anovo who handle Nokia's customer services in the UK.
Summary: It's only been a week today since i bought this phone. I am majorly disappointed with this product. The phone is not switching on as of today and i really don't know where the problem lies. It was working absolutely fine yesterday. I removed the battery also a couple of times but still it does not switch on. Tried charging it as well, but again nothing. Can anyone help me out please? The phone contains a lot of bugs.
Summary: I've had this phone 2 months now - and I absolutely hate it! Everything about it feels counter-intuitive - the calendar is so utterly useless that I've taken to carrying 2 phones around, one for the calendar & the Nokia just for calls. Speaking of calls, the signal is poor & often drops in my home - a problem I've never had with any other phone (& I've had mobile phones since they first came out!
Summary: Nokia E5 is the worst Nokia product till date.The Phones speaker stopped working after 3 months only and despite giving it to Nokia Care twice nothing happened and the problem resurfaced after two weeks. I was forced to change after 10 months. A bad buy for me.
