Summary: i bought this as we were travelling abroad on a family holiday and needed another handset for the local sim. Very happy with it. Extremely reasonably priced and still servicing us on travels abroad. Good piece of equipment. Recommended.
Summary: Recommended to anyone who wants a simple, reliable, cost-effective phone. I love it because although my eyesight is not as sharp as before I can usually manage it without fumbling for the specs. Keys are a teensy bit sticky occasionally but not much is perfect and a small price to pay. Battery life good. No real grumbles.
Summary: Bought this phone for my school going daughter. Just wanted the basic phone function to use with a Tesco PYG sim. Fab phone. Good finish. light weight. Will easily fit in your pocket. Easy to use. I even put a 8 GB Micro sd with around 1200 songs on it. It has a music player and radio. She uses it as a walkman. She loves it! The phone does not have a camera. I didn't want the camera. Bit pricey but classy looking than the cheaper ones. Money well spent.
Summary: I wanted a replacement basic mobile PHONE - to stay in touch by phone and texts when out-and-about using my existing SIM (and number). I don't need or want e-mail, Internet browsing, Bluetooth, camera, games, radio, MP3 player, etc etc. My essential requirements were; small and light, bright and clear screen, SIM free, long battery life, good 'reception' in poor signal areas, hands-free headset, big phonebook (so I can see who's calling).
Summary: .For the last 12 months I have had a Sony Ericsson , actually a Christmas gift and certainly not designed for an eighty one year old technophobe .I finally admitted defeat and ordered a Nokia C1-02 from Amazon.Amazingly straightforward. It doesn't take photos but that's O.K, I just want a phone. I was up and away in no time. I will stick with Nokia in future.
Summary: If you're needing a nice, simple phone which can call and text, this one's brilliant. There are enough settings you can change to make it how you want it without being complicated. The only negative i'd have is that the keys can be a bit clunky and loud, but then, i've had worse and the phone makes up for it!
Summary: I read all the reviews available on this phone before deciding to purchase. It is a great inbetween step from the very basic, (which I have had for the past 5 years because for an old codger like me it was simple to use)and the new do everything models, which for me, I would never use 90% of the applications available. I wanted a phone which was easy to use and small enough to tuck in a small pocket. This phone is great and fits the bill.
