Excerpt: As someone who uses their phone very rarely and mostly only for calls and texts I was nevertheless disappointed when I realised that the phone was not wifi enabled. This means that in places where free wifi is available the phone is incapable of accessing it. I have had the phone less than a year and due to being abroad for the last ten months and thus only using my phone once weekly to call home I am very disappointed with it's durability.
Excerpt: This phone is a contract phone, and I love it apart from the paint coming off the keypad. Nokia replaced the keypad for me, but I've just noticed it's started to chip again. I'll go back to a Sony next time.
Excerpt: If this is your first touch screen phone and you use texting a lot then moving the cursor around the screen to edit text without use of the old square button is very difficult. If you need the apps I'd recommend going for a bigger touch screen phone or go for a more basic model with just the old buttons. A modern phone trying to look like an older one and it doesn't work.
Excerpt: I choose this phone after reading the good reviews on here, but I am very disappointed in it. To be fair, it might just be because I dont actually like touch screen phones and this was the most "normal" phone I could get at the time. However, my phone keeps going to voicemail when someone tries to call me (when signal is fine) and it keeps going online because the lock bottom isnt safe enough.
