Summary: Not as good as I thought. It dose not allow input with hotmail for contacts/calendars etc. A nice little phone but out of date with today uses. If you only want a phone this will good for you but if you want all the service's on the net it is not.
Summary: Oh dear. Nokia are not what they used to be. Felt that I had to review this one, given that I asked to return mine. I bought it originally as a backup handset to have for emergencies or for when I'm abroad to use with my foreign country SIM. The touch screen on the Nokia is appalling and often meant I pressed the wrong button, sometimes too hard, but the most disappointing aspect was the SIM card holder and the battery compartment.

Summary: I contacted you immediately after buying it to complain about an important feature of the phone. It is completely impossible to transfer photos to the computer. I thought it was a problem with my computer but when I googled it, I found that it was a common problem. The message comes up 'unsupported usb device. Disconnect cable'. Your team promised to help me deal with Nokia but I never heard another word.
