Summary: I love this phone, i love everything about ut but the bloody charging port has broken twice now, and my charging door has snapped right off. Lucky the first time it broke it was under warranty, second time it had ran out and cant find anyone that will fix it as its fiddly and got told once the soldering inside goes its a common problem and it will do it all the time so to charge it i have wrap the charger wire around my phone.
Summary: I have a Nokia Lumia and my wife has a newer Nokia Lumia 800. We bought this for my Neice and it lasted four weeks before freezing. Checked a few sites online to find out that there seems to be an ongoing problem with these Lumia's. Nokia is aware and apparently it's a software issue - if this is the case, why then should I be expected to waste my time and money to take this product back to the Nokia shop, why are Nokia not ensuring that anybody purchasing this product...
Summary: On buying a sim free phone I never expected it to be locked to a network ! It has cost me a fortune to get it sorted and it still doesn,'t work. You can,t just sit down and study the instruction. Manual you have to go on line and if you live in an areas as we do with poor internet conectiion that is almost impossible I wish I had never brought it

Excerpt: "== Bye bye Nokia I'm sorry to say that I won't be missing you == I am a man who likes his tech toys so I am always chopping and changing my mobiles on a regular basis. I tend to buy them outright rather be locked into a contract for two years since technology moves at such a rapid pace and I like to keep abreast of the latest developments. The last phone I bought was the Nokia Lumia 800 about 6 months ago and as I am now changing to a Nexus 4 I ...
Summary: Bought this phone after reading the reviews here... Feel very disappointed now. Just 2 days now 1. Battery life is bad.. After full charge it lasted just 4-5 hours on moderate use. 2. Not for those who have already used Android or IOS. Windows phone lacks practicality. My old Samsung Galaxy is way better. 3. Camera: This is the one that disappointed me the most. I had a Nokia X6 with 5 MP carl zeiss optics which was stolen.
Summary: The sound quality is poor particularly amongst the low end frequencies. This is unfortunate, as I was going to purchase one of these to replace my ageing Samsung Omnia 7, however, having read reviews and forum threads complaining about sound quality, I tested one out for myself in a shop. I found that the reports were correct and the low end frequencies were really poor compared to the Omnia 7. Back to the drawing board for my next Windows Phone.
Summary: Loved the new feel of the interface. Smooth graphics and pleasing colors. But one thing really misses out is Secondary camera. In India we might not use video calling but I certainly skype to my friends. Other than that, its a fresh beginning for Windows n Nokia. Probably few moths from now we will see a better phone.
